Smoothie King — Restaurant in Kentucky

Ordered online and a friend picked it up for me. I had to throw it away it tasted so bad. Like water with coco powder and other flavors I can’t describe. My friend said the store smelled rancid when he went in. Today two days later I walk in the store and the smell hits me hard. I asked the guys in line and they smelled it too. I asked the young lady working there what it was and she shrugged. I mentioned the disgusting smoothie I received last time and she shrugged again. No remorse or effort to fix it. I get it she is the only one working, busy and probably didn’t make my smoothie last time. But there is something not right going on. I'm actually sorry to leave a 1 star review because I love this place, but the last time your systems went down I told one of you crews, not the crew present today, they should print the recipes off. Recipe books on paper are not archaic. I'm more than willing to pay in cash, but I can't. Have a backup plan. This isn't a bad review for this location, but Smoothie King overall. Get it together, guys. Do you want to make some money, or change your name to Smoothie Jester, because this is a joke. Does the franchise owner hate money? If you're going to close the store early all the time then change your hours. The hours posted on the door say you're open M-F until 1900 but I've never seen an employee there past 5, like today, when you were closed before 4. I get it if you're understaffed but this seems like on ongoing issue so maybe hire more reliable people. Last month on a weekday night there was a sign that said "closed due to understaffing" but there were 2 employees inside on their phones. Thanks for sucking,...
