Subway — Restaurant in Kentucky

We placed an order in the app but when we got there they said they didn’t have it. I provided the online paid receipt that I received after placing the order but the lady behind the counter said she will not make the order until it prints off behind the counter. Well, I showed her my paid online receipt with complete order along with the text of the charge to my credit card from my bank for the order. She had me step aside and wait. Then about 10 minutes later she comes back and says still no print off and she will not make it. I asked to speak to a manager and of course she said he’s out of town. She did not have a name tag on but she is the one who is always there. She doesn’t speak good English and is very rude. This location skimps on toppings and we know that but decided to go there today because it is close to home. Anyway, I asked how do I get my money back and she told me to call corporate and call my bank. Needless to say they lost us as customers. Be aware they have no problem taking your money but wont give you the food you have a paid receipt for if it doesn’t print off behind...

They make the sandwiches look like the pictures on the menu. Food is always fresh, the store is clean and quiet. The employees are a husband/wife team. Both are very nice and pleasant. Sometimes hard to understand with a their accent, but it has never been an issue for me. I eat here nearly everyday for lunch. I try to order something different every couple of weeks to keep them on...

Workers or owners always act annoyed and rude. All I ever get is a plain meatball marinara nothing special or requests. I just checked out and said thank you as (whom I'm assuming is owner) hands me my receipt, looks the other direction and says nothing back.
