Just came back from drive-thru at this McDonald's. HAD THE MOST TERRIBLE AND humiliated experience ever!!!! Drive-thru was long but moved quickly (guess this is the only positive part). I ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes. Order was taken and I paid. However, when I got to the 2nd window to pick up my order, the first thing is "We don't have the big breakfast or any breakfast." I was like "WHAT?" First of all, if you don't have that food item available on the menu, shouldn't you notify the person that was taken orders? Secondly, you could at least apologize and say that the item is not available. So, none of those!!! Then, he asked me to pick something else on the menu, well, I only went there because I was craving for some breakfast food! So I asked about the mcgriddle. He turned to his manager and asked her. The manager in a very rude and unfriendly and annoyed tone answered only mcmuffins. He told me to pick something else. So I end up picking the fillet-o-fish. Then I realize one sandwich in replacement of a whole breakfast meal, are you kidding me? So I asked again about what else can I have cause I paid a lot for the breakfast meal. He turned again to his manager to ask. The manager said something that I can't hear. He came back and told me what else do I want. I then ordered another small chicken nuggets and specifically asked about sweet and sour sauce to go with it. It ended up that he asked me to pull up to the lane and he said he will bring it out to me. Still at this point, not one word of apology. I parked at a spot and a weird and old car full of naive high school kids laughed and said, "I like your car..." OMG! What kind of customers are they serving?! THAT IS JUST CRAZY! Suddenly, the manager came out and handed me some change. Change as in a dollar bill and a handful of coins. I asked, "Where is my food?" With her angry and pissed face and her usual unfriendly and annoying tone, she answered, "You didn't get the food? I will get it." She turned back and snatched the bag of food from the other guy's hand, who were walking towards me to give it to me, and she turned around and left. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS TYPE OF PERSON CAN BE A MANAGER? What kind of quality and skills she have? All I see is a super impatient and unfriendly face and a very unresponsible "leader". Also, it appears that there no communication between team members...! Read moreThe ratings for this particular McDonald's gives them undeserved credit but makes incredible sense why it's so low. The worst McDonald's on the SE side of Grand Rapids.. Today 9/21 at 459pm sitting in line while 2 customers who after me in the other lane are served before me. I'm saying hello in the mic at least 3times to be greeted by an employee yelling "HELLO" with an attitude for absolutely no reason. I ask for the manager ASHLEY who chimes in to tell me "She can hear exactly what's being said to her employees and rewards the behavior by attacking ME the customer for demanding respectful customer service. Because I had my child in my vehicle I drove off before more disrespect emerged. Filled with disbelief that management is just as ignorant as the employees, I call to speak to the to manager again. She answers (ASHLEY). I'm expressing why they are the only McDonald's in GR (At least on the SE/SW side) that needs a system that tells you what customer is next to avoid customer dissatisfaction. But instead of getting professionalism which would of been surprising after my experience, I basically get triple the attitude, yelling telling me I can't tell her how how to do her job (Which clearly it's being done poorly) then she hung up. Read moreWorst McDonald's ever don't ever go to this McDonald's on 28th Street they're the worst. Management's no help. I went to this McDonald's at 2824 28th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49508, yesterday. I went through the drive-thru so that I can make it fast cuz I had to go to work I ordered online I went through the drive-thru I told them my ID number when I got to the window they had no clue what I was talking about They did not help me I sat there and watched them talking The window was open so I could hear them there was only one person that was actually trying to create orders the others were just standing there once they realize that the line was backed up again now they're trying to help They tell me to go off to the side because they can't get my order right now I said could you at least give me my coffee which I did get with no creamer in it asked for creamer got two and asked for more and said I'll put it in your bag well I never got that bag and I paid for it I called corporate told them the story haven't heard back from them either I went to the location in Kentwood and them guys were on top everything I'm going to give them a 9.2 only because there wasn't a napkin in the bag but other than that it was perfect as for the store on 28th Street I give them a zero 0.0it's not a very good place to be I went inside to see what the holdup was and there was so many people inside as well so instead of trying to help me get my order together the guy decided to tell me I'm just going to refund you, I had already been there for 20 minutes and now he wants to refund me I walked out I was so mad The...
