Picture this, a red faced kid comes up to you well you're working at Starbucks. They are all by themselves, stumbling, and about to pass out from the 100 degree weather outside. They ask for just a cup of water. You decide to charge them a dollar for it. They don't have money. Would you at least try to help this kid? Well, at this Starbucks, they would say no. I was that kid, I was on my bike for over an hour. My vision was getting blurry so I stopped here to get water. I ended up just collapsing on the seating here, nobody asked is I was alright or anything. When I got up, I went to McDonald's to get water for free where they actually made sure I was alright. There is a newer gal working there named Andrea who has made a lot of my recent visits unpleasant. Not to me personally but just by observing. Very unfriendly to customers, noticeably on her phone while there is a line, and talking in a rude manor about customers when other customers are in ear shot.
