Let me start off by saying I go here often on my lunch. Never expected star service and the people serving the food have always been nice. There’s a lady in the back always cooking and always seems to be working hard. Here’s the tea: I had an issue today where the register person accidentally charged me an extra entree and I didn’t notice on the receipt until I got back to the car (I parked in the 15 minute food service carry out spot). I walked back in with my receipt a couple minutes later and the lady cooking was upset I came back. She said “it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re being charged right.” The other register person told me to go get my food and I did. Only 9 minutes have passed since I was given my food and lady cooking came up to me and said it’s not my fault you were charged extra, you have to look at what you’re being charged. You leave and I don’t have any idea what you did to it. That’s company policy.” I told her it hasn’t even been ten minutes. She then claimed again she has no responsibility to over what’s charged, and “do you expect me to cook, serve food, and do the money? Can you do that?” I said yes, testing the waters, “then you come back here and do it for one hour and if you can’t you give me all the money.” I mean I was arguing with her for a few minutes over $4, and I decided to cut my losses and just leave. Will I eat there again? There’s a 100% chance I will, but will I always be upset that they took my $4 by mistake? I’ll...

I ordered Orange Chicken with the noodle. If you must order from this establishment, I recommend trying an entree that is not fried and try the rice instead of the noodle. Maybe you'll have better luck.
~$7 for a handful of entree and choice of noodle or fried rice. Seems a bit overpriced, but that's shopping mall food for you I guess.
Initially asked for half noodle half fried rice, but apparently that's not allowed. Seems like a reasonable request that can't hurt to fulfill, especially when there's no other customer in line waiting for service.
~$2 extra for large drink. I'm okay with that except the guy serving me holds the inside surface of the plastic cover to his uniform, over his belly, as he fills my drink.
Their Orange Chicken was a huge disappointment. They were fried to a crisp to a point where the plastic fork couldn't pick them up. The fork would just bend around the surface. When I bit into them, I tasted over-fried burnt dough and nothing else. Orange Chicken had no chicken in it. It was all just rock-hard fried lumps of dough.
The noodle lacked flavor, though its texture was alright. Vegetables were cut into large strips, maybe to match the size of the noodles. Didn't seem like the veggies added much to the noodles. They just got in the way due to their size and being a bit too firm from not being...
Read moreThe older gentleman working the counter/register really disappointed me today.
I began to kindly request noodles with MORE VEGETABLES in them. He disregarded me although we made eye contact when I was speaking to him.
He was rude to the point that it seemed he might hold a low regard for women. As if he were too good to or it is dishonorable for him to listen to a female with respect. There were other things I asked, without a response from him. My mom was with me and he was not cordial to her either. She's about his age imo. She asked him for a fork. He wouldn't hand her a fork.
My heart says maybe his hearing is poor like hers is... but my mouth almost told him off.
I've seen him on other visits to his establishment and believe he may be the owner.
In addition the portion sized Styrofoam containers are smaller than ever and the prices...
