I stopped in on a whim, not knowing what to expect, but I drive by often and always tell myself I should stop in. I was so glad I did! I rarely get a burger at a restaurant because as my wife says "you always complain that you can make a better burger" which is often the case... There are only a handful of places I'll get a burger, and I found one that truly masters the burger! I mentioned to the staff they should change the name of the bacon xl burger to the breakfast lunch and dinner burger, because this is exactly what it is. I don't think I've had a better burger! It required a knife to cut in half and then at times required a knife and fork because it was so colossal! This place is the Truth! I'll be back to try some more of the menu, but it might take a while to work this one off. Compliments to the chef! The staff is nice, and attending. The cafe offers a quiet haven off the busy streets of 44th and Division. Those that know of this place are most likely keeping it a secret.

We came for breakfast and really appreciated the menu options which showed some creative flair. Yogurt was loaded with fresh fruit and Spanish omelette was very tasty. Coffee is a dark roast that is quite good. One of the mugs was square-shaped and kind of cool. Prices are fair for what you get. Service was friendly, but not highly competent. With only a couple others in there, we were never checked up on while eating. My wife got someone's attention for a coffee refill and then we ask for mine to be refilled at the same time. The dining room has some nice decorations like the cafe sign shown. Overall, however, it's pretty plain with a drop ceiling, fluorescent lights, and old floor tiles. If you like Taylor Swift and lots of ads, you'll like the background music.

A small little place in a small strip mall hidden away on 44ths st, just East of Division. Location Location Location! Well this probably isn't the best. However the place is very charming and clean. They do breakfast and lunch. I ordered the Bbq Pulled Pork Sandwich on Sourdough for $8. The Sandwich was excellent. One of the better Bbq sandwiches that I've had in awhile and not even a BBQ joint. The portion size was good as is the value. It comes with chips, but you can upgrade to fries for a $1. The food is all freshly made, so it takes some time. Service was very friendly. Overall very very good. For all intense and purposes a 5 star review! I will return!

We used YoChef to cater our wedding at The Kindel Room on 9/23/23 and they were AMAZING!! Everything turned out PERFECTLY and I attribute much of that to how organized and thorough YoChef (specifically Andrea) was prior to the wedding! I had brought in my own silverware, charger plates, and linen napkins from a separate vendor, and for a small, reasonable fee YoChef organized and set them up flawlessly. And then at the end of the night, those items were all gathered up neatly so that all I had to do was quickly load them up!

AND….also very important, the food was delicious and we received so many compliments on both the champagne chicken and stuffed peppers vegetarian entrees! The salads and dressings were great too, and my sister’s boyfriend (who is way more cultured and into food/fine dining than I am) specifically complimented the tempered butter and mentioned how much he appreciated that. My husband also said the stuffed peppers entree he had was one of the best vegetarian meals he’s EVER had! I also loved that the server in charge of our head table greeted myself and my husband by name….such a small but meaningful detail that was so appreciated :)

My husband and I could not be more happy with our experience with YoChef! We will be recommending you to anyone and everyone we know, and if we are ever in need of a caterer again in the future we will definitely be coming back...

Came here because of the high reviews. Not disappointed, but also certainly not as great as the hype. Started with complimentary chips and salsa. Chips were heavily seasoned with something that had a lot of salt in them. Took a bit to get served and we noticed everyone else got their drinks before us, despite arriving and ordering first. Both of us had burgers. Menu states all are cooked medium to medium well, I specifically asked mine to be more on the medium side. It came well done.....so much that I had to Google what a medium burger was. The burger was also heavily seasoned with something that contained salt, neither of us cared for the burger itself (heavy salt and too done). The bun and toppings were awesome though. Fries were good and fresh with a light batter. Nothing I'd want to eat more than a couple times a month. Lastly, you only get a drink sized napkin so why not have more on the tables? Also no ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, all needs...
