Abels Grill — Restaurant in Kernersville

Ok so I decided to try this place out because of the good reviews. When I first arrived the staff which are the owners were not wearing a mask or gloves while making the food. . The place had a 94.5 rating which is ok I guess. The wife obviously must not be a morning person her customer service was blank and dry. I begin to ask about the omelettes on the menu and what came in the omelette , and the cook which is the husband thought I was asking for special omelettes and yelled out “we don’t do special omelettes here! ”in which I never asked about making “special omelettes”. So after that awkward encounter I decided to order the spanish omelette. When I got home and open my plate and began to notice the grits were very runny and didn’t have any thickest to it.The home fries was decent full of flavor. Now the omelette did not have all the items that the wife mentioned. Only thing decent was the home fries. I don’t know If this was a bad day for them but I won’t be back. Went in today for breakfast with my family of 4.they have food and drinks on their menu but don’t have it.menu so called combos are confusing.received coffee but no creamer or milk.customer service poor and lady handling bill added certain items separate with each a separate charge.that’s not nice if you want returning customers.bill was so much higher than expected and when asked why lady had an attitude and didn’t explain.but it was because she added items separately instead of included with combo like menu says.food was okay but service and lack of friendliness and overcharging is why I won’t go back.don’t like places that take advantage of...

My experience there was horrible!! Ive read these comments before coming to Able grill being that it had a gd rating so I ordered a pancake platter. I goes to pick it up everything was fine until I ordered 2 orange juice. The lady at the register reached in the refrigerator for the gallon of orange juice that had NO top on it and on top of that PUT HER WHOLE HAND OVER THE BOTTLE TO SHAKE IT UP HER HUSBAND SEES ME THEY BEGAN A CONVERSATION IN SPANISH KNOWING I SAW THEM THEY STILL SERVE ME ANYWAYS SMH THATS REAL NASTY.
