If I could put NO stars that would be my rating. After driving 3.5 hours home I pull up to the line to order and I get a " HELLO" I say hello. She replies " Hang on for a second" I say ok. ( you can hear her taking other people's order). Then she comes back and says can I take your order, rushing me. And then had the nerve to tell me to hang on again!!!!! In the middle of my order!!!!!!. Might I add talking to me like she had known me for 10 years, not polite at all. So she finally gets my order I go to the first window I sit there no one ever comes so I pull up to the 2nd window no one is there either so I sit there a girl finally comes to the window and hands me my half melted slushes and a bag of the food. Then she tells me to pull up to window 3 (pick up window) and wait because they had to make the Oreo mcflury. Ok I pull up, I sit there 10 more minutes they come to the window and inform me they have no oreos that they haven't unloaded the truck yet. So I don't complain I compromised and said ok.... I'll take the rolo one then. She rolls her eyes shuts the window...... I SIT THERE 10-15 MORE MINUTES!!!!!! By this time I'm pretty fustrated, with 2 kids in the back seat waiting on something that was never coming. Finally the woman that took my order apparently is a manager and brings me the mcflury and says we are getting the truck unloaded sorry it took so long... walks away and says your welcome with a cocky little attitude. They are unorganized, unprofessional, RUDE, and just immature. And I'll be calling corporate tomorrow. No one deserves this kind of treatment, as a paying costumer. If they don't like they're jobs nor want to do them. Then quit and let someone that WANTS to work, work! I won't...
Read moreWell I just got food there, it's about 3 a.m. in the morning. Their night shift is absolutely awful. The black female who took my order had the worst possible attitude. First they say cash only after they take my order. That's fine I've got cash. I asked for a cheeseburger with Mac sauce and an Oreo McFlurry. They say fine pull up to the second window. I get up there and then she tells me that their ice cream machines are on a timer and I can't get ice cream. I asked about a milkshake and I get the same answer. Okay fine just give me my burger. She says alright just one McDouble will be $1.88, I said no it's a cheeseburger and then she yells to Rosa "hey this guy changed his mind he doesn't want to make he wants a cheeseburger" in a very rude manner. As if it's my fault for her inability to listen to my order correctly. So now an Asian lady comes up, does something on the cash register while she and the black worker glare at me and talk. She then goes away. The black lady gives me my burger and to no surprise the bun is as stale and hard as I've ever had it, in any McDonald's, it's just plain bad. Their are other shifts are fine but if you go for the night shift just realize: they're not there to work they're just trying to get paid without working so you better expect that if you're going to inconvenience them by making them do their job, they're going to make you suffer for it by giving you terrible food and even worse service. I wonder why their systems are usually down at night and it's cash only? (I've stopped here on numerous occasions on their night shift and it's always down). Sounds like a pretty good way to...
Read moreUpon entering I immediately placed my order at the kiosk. After that I immediately went to the restroom. There was a senior citizen female employee cleaning the bathroom. I asked politely ma'am I need to use the restroom can you please step out? She at that time asked me, "What do you have to do?" I repeated "use the restroom". She said, "I mean what do you have to do?" I told her that it was none of her business which one (#1 ,#2) I'm going to do, I just need to use the restroom. She had an object wedged in the door to keep it open. I removed it to close the door to the restroom and she began to tell me that the door needs to stay open. I told her no ma'am I am closing the door. She told me that the stalls have doors. WHAT the... Anyway, I ignored her and kept closing the door. She physically was trying to keep the door open. This is inappropriate and hostile. This senior citizen employee afterwards attempted to berate me in front of my other co-workers that came to eat there that afternoon before we had to go back to work. There were six of us there and all can testify to what occurred. This was also done to the ladies room. I''m sorry but to see or hear or smell someone using the stalls to urinate or defecate is foul and inappropriate. This senior citizen employee should be less close minded and set in her ways and more respectful and understand people don't want the door left open when they use...
