Pilothouse Coffee — Restaurant in Ketchikan

I really e joy going to this place, I do not know who is usually there to make my drink. She makes it a specific way. I went in today and a different girl was working, I don't know her name she had short hair but so does the other barista who I absolutely adore. It wasn't very busy there was no line. First off, I ordered a red bull Italian soda and she put in Italian soda, as I tried to explain to her how my usual barista makes my red bull Italian soda, she responded with "I know how to make an Italian soda." Very rude, I will not be visiting the establishment again while she is working. I've been going in ever weekday for a couple weeks now. I was nearly in tears when I walked out. I would die for this coffee house :’) The women who work here are so sweet and kind. the house drip is AMAZING let me tell you & the matcha is so so delicious! The Monte is a waffle with ham and swiss in it (like a sandwich) and it was delicious, i’ve never had something like that from a coffee place, very cute idea. We walked 30 min based on a recommendation for this place, and everything online says it’s open. We got here and it’s closed down. No signs, no notice, no reason. It’s noon on a Thursday. So we wrote into Google and took photos to let them know this has closed. We’re bummed. I wonder if they changed locations? Either way… would have like to have tried when...
