Subway — Restaurant in Kettering

I've been coming to this location over 8 years. The other evening they refused to serve me! I have chronic uncontrolled asthma & cannot wear a mask. I have a doctors note & I told them this but they still refused. This is the only place that has refused helping me since the start of the pandemic! Does the owner know his employees are refusing service to people who should be allowed in keeping with the Governers mandate that masks are not required for those with a health condition preventing that? This can be considered refusing to serve a person with a physical disability! Does the owner know & not care or will he correct his employees mistake? I want to know this! The employees were rude & belligerent and completely wrong. Please contact me regarding this incident! By the way this is also the only Subway that has refused me service! My eyes are bad so I couldn't see the girls name on her name tag... But she was tall, lean, with blonde hair and was wearing a subway bandana for a head band. I was actually having a bad day at work so I chose to leave for lunch and take a few minutes to try and reset my frame of mind. Glad I did. This girl is a perfect example of good customer service... She was so friendly and actually made eye contact and was making small talk with everyone she made sandwiches for while I was in there. She must have been able to read my energy when I came in bc she actually mentioned something about my day (I was still wrapped in my own thoughts when I answered her, so I don't remember how she worded it).... I love Subway food, their sandwiches and cookies especially. I also worked at a subway in Wilmington for about a year and a half so I'm familiar with the job side as well. With that being said, this specific subway doesn't get a 5 stars from me because the servers/sandwiches artists (the ones I've had anyways, so about 4-5 different people) are quite sloppy when making sandwiches. One time I asked for extra pickles and the pickles was getting close to the last ones and she grabbed them without shaking them off and got my toasted sandwich completely soggy and gross. Other times when I've done an online order or in person order they always act like they are in a rush even if we're the only ones in line, and do not use care when making sandwiches.
