Exhale Yoga — Local services in Kettering

I work in the Medspa room here and took a class here after performing a treatment. The room was very hot(just how I like!) The instructor, Lourdes was very helpful and her class was amazing! Lots of fun and she played great, upbeat music that challenged my practice! I've been to other studios in the area, but this will definitely be my "home" yoga studio from here on out!
