If I could I would give a ZERO due to the lack of attention and interest of the restaurant in find a solution to my case (which was not my mistake). Today was a very rainy day and I went, walking in the rain, to get my order twice! And I was very badly treated on both cases.
The first time, the attendant handed me a sealed bag (closed with staples so that I could not check the order). I asked if the whole order fit into a single bag (as I found it strange) and she confirmed that everything was in that bag. When I got home and realized that I was missing a pad tai, a sashimi combo and the rice of all orders, I called the restaurant (which was not crowded) looking for a solution (since I had picked up the order and it was delivered erroneously, nothing Fairer than having someone deliver the missing items to me. But the attendant was very rude on the phone and told me that I would have to pick up the items if I still wanted to.
The second time I went to the restaurant, again walking under rain, I was very poorly attended by the same attendant, who lied saying that the order was delivered incomplete because it was made in two receipts (although I had in my hand the restaurant's receipt showing all orders in the same receipt)
I called the manager, but I believe he does not speak English because he was not understanding what I was saying. So I left the restaurant with a bag with the remaining items, but after losing an hour, I did not eat the items and I came back home much more than pissed to have lost the hunger and due do the neglect of the restaurant (and off course...
Read moreI NEVER write reviews. BUT they have the worst delivery man on this island he should be ashamed of himself. He claims I didn’t tip last time I ordered food so when I called to order they said I was only allowed to order for pick up bc delivery man said I didn’t tip him. I’ve always tipped this man (even though I wish I didn’t have to he’s so rude every single time) I’ve been coming here and ordering for 20 years. I do not think a tip should be 18/20% for a delivery that is driven across the street this person is not waiting on me this man I guess expects that from his deliveries. On top of this he comes with a horrible attitude is not friendly and expects me to want to give him more money. I order from this place minimum once a week (on Uber eats now only since pandemic and this guy started)- I order direct from resturant from time to time- hoping they have a new delivery guy. They used to have the sweetest man that would deliver. I have a baby and I cannot go pick up all the time. This is such a shame but at this point I do not think I will ever order from here again I’m so upset.
