Me and my partner absolutely loved the vibe of this wonderful restaurant with its outdoor esthetic and garden atmosphere! I walked in after shopping at Winn Dixie and loved the selection offered on their Menu. Everything from their arepas which we can’t wait to try for breakfast next time am in lovely Key Biscayne! The music was soothing, sensual, easy listening and upbeat. We first ordered the savory empanadas with their delicious cilantro sauce! The restaurant also has organic natural juices prepared to order. The Passion Fruit was simply delightful and the Blackberry juice was so refreshing and full of pure goodness!!!nWe wanted to eat light so we ordered los camarones a ajillo appetizer wrh a side of perfectly cooked white rice. We could have had 2 of this platters and been overly stuffed but we wanted to save aome room for desert too! Next time I will enjoy one of their incredible croissants and / or Caramwl Flan!!! The combination was absolutely divine!!! Then we topped it off with their fabulous pound cake with your topping choice of Yummy Nutella which is my partner’s favorite and Luis fulfilled my request to add Sweetened Condensed Milk Caraml to the other half of this melt in your mouth pound cake! I finished off the meal with a Cortadito cafecito. A heart felt thanks to Luis for making our dining experience so so special and to the Chef and rest of the crew, Kudos and Compliments for the exquisite taste and making our cultural experience with Venezuelan cuisine so memorable and amazing!!! We definitely highly recommend Mestizo to anyone looking for a yuck bite or an amazing sit down...

MESTIZO is a wonderful place to eat in Key Biscayne. This cozy and laidback place in key Biscayne is THE place to savor fenomenal real latin food. We had cheese tequeños, a cheese cachapa that was really yummy, their empanadas are very good too. We had meat and chicken empanadas that were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The hamburgers come loaded with anything you like on them. Highly recommend everything on the menu.

The service was provided by Cesi. Kudos to management for hiring top notch personnel to serve here. She was wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the whole menu. Thank you Cesi for making this dining experience a wonderful one. Kudos to the chef that made the food from scratch, everything was perfect. Luis also was very attentive.

I highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is great here.

The place has plenty of parking and their prices are ok.

They also have a cozy and nice outdoor terrace, excellent with the sea breeze of key Biscayne.

Don’t forget to try a drink called frescolita, it’s a red cola really sweet that brings back...
