Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Kilgore

This location seriously needs help! I stopped going for a while due to the amount of time of waiting in the drive through. Went to give it another chance today and was a mistake. 2 young girls working in the front, i ask for a single cinnamon roll. A small original, and a cup of French dip. She ran my card. Hands me a bad with 6 cinnamon rolls after my card has been charged. No receipt.. then when I ask how much the cinnamon rolls are she informed me they were almost 16.00. Let that slide, people make mistakes. After still sitting at the window 17 minutes later she hands me a bag with the sandwich. No French dip.. I ask for the French dip she tells me I have to pull back around.. im normally very understanding, but if they would pay attention to the customers rather than playing around with their buddies at the front counter things may flow smoother. 25.00 for an order of food that will now be cold, sucking up and not causing a hassle over being charged wrong, and 41 minutes later and gave uo waiting in line for the dip. Will definitely never have my business again!! If someone can tell me how I can get in touch with a manager I would...

12/08/24 Around 1:30pm: First I would like to say that I Do enjoy Schlotzsky's food. Today, I didn't have a great experience. It was my first time ordering online and I arrived inside 10 minutes after ordering. Long story short... I waited inside for 15 minutes before someone came up and told me that they were out of part of my order and I substituted it for something else. The food was bland and not properly made.

While I was waiting, another family came in to order food as well. The mother asked for a wet rag to clean off their table. The emplyee went to the back grabbed a blue paper cloth and proceeded to wet it in the mop bucket before ringing it out and handing it to the lady. The lady did not see this happen but I did because I could see through the online order window where the mop was leaning against the wall. As the lady walked towards me, I informed her what happened. She was very grateful! But the audacity that the employee had to do that to someone who's trying to feed their children.. ABSOLUTELY...

Horrible about 8 months ago I was playing while someone busted out my driver side window an stole $2000 out of my truck when I found out my phone had been stolen as well I asked the attendants to use there phone an was pretty much told I wasn't allowed to call the cops there this was before the regular security guard an no signs were posted about a high crime area then when I asked the owner for some kind of reimbursement she referred to her lawyer an ended comunication ...I have a police report an pictures of out side of the building anyone know a good lawyer or any advice cuz then when I went in an asked yesterday to add 20to my account I was told I wasn't allowrd to play there now....sounds like the two grand or some of it found it's way to the shake...
