Let me preface this by saying the coffee was delicious and so worth it. However, nothing could have prepared me for the journey I was about to embark on. I’ve never had my toes so clenched in my life. If you’re looking for a full-body cleanse, look no further. This place serves coffee that could humble a Navy SEAL. Me and two friends stopped by for what we thought would be a cozy caffeine boost. Instead, we spent the next 12 hours taking turns praying to porcelain gods like it was some kind of digestive Hunger Games. I don’t know what kind of dark roast sorcery they brewed in that cup, but it rewired my intestines. We’re talking multiple rounds of bathroom visits, across multiple zip codes. My FitBit thought I was marathon training, just from the frantic sprints to the nearest restroom. Honestly, if you’re looking for something strong enough to kickstart your metabolism and your morning, this might just be the new Ozempic. But like any great adventure, be sure to pace yourself. Would I go back? Absolutely! Maybe just on a day when I don’t have...

When I started this coffee shop journey two and half years ago I didn’t have a favorite coffee drink. I never noticed the differences in coffee shops and I rarely visited local shops. Now I definitely have a favorite type of coffee shop. Ashley’s Espresso Parlour fits every quality I admire in a coffee shop.
I was warmly greeted by the barista and the smell of freshly baked muffins (I am nosey and asked). Coffee beans are roasted in house which added to the amazing aroma seeping from the shop. The barista made an exceptionally yummy cortado. Merchandise from local artists is displayed and for sale on walls, racks and shelves. Seating is tucked in every available spot. My favorite part was watching locals walk in and out of the shop, chatting with employees and other locals.
Ashley’s Espresso Parlour is the kind of coffee shop I wish I had in my neighborhood. I would definitely be a regular!

Read moreFantastic coffee. The line was outside of the building when we got there, which should have been our first sign! We got through the line pretty quickly. I got a cold brew, which was very smooth, and overall an easy to drink cold brew (I love cold brew though). My husband got an Inca Mocha, because we thought it would have an interesting flavor- it was delicious! Now I’m wishing I would have gotten 2 drinks! We got two salted caramel mochas for our family, but I’m sure they’ll be delicious and a steamer for our toddler who loved it. So for 5 drinks, and two pastries, it was about $30, which is really decent!
Definitely will be back & do recommend.
UPDATE: We came back this morning because we love it, and I wish I could give them 10 stars!!
Our toddler spilled her apple juice all over the floor and they were so awesome, made her up a new one and cleaned up the floor! They were just overall so kind.
I got the Sweet Baby Jesus and it is awesome, and my husband couldn’t help but get the Inca Mocha again which was just as good! New favorite...
