I would give zero stars if I could. If you go here, make sure you do not get Bruce. He is an older man. Everytime, he tears me up. I leave bleeding!! Never again. This time, I got an infection that required antibiotics. On top of that, he can not communicate. My nails never look good when he does them and they don't last. Literally, gel nails peeling after the second day. They don't even last a week. They snag things and are uneven and this time had black flecks of dust or soemthing in my french manicure. A total waste of money. I guess I will be going back to natural nails or another place. You can't spend $100 plus dollars, get injured and then it doesn't last. And, when you go back, they don't want to repair. Absurd. If you go here, use your credit card, so you can "prove" you were there. I pay in cash usually. I took pics to document this time. The BEST! My fiance and I came one afternoon for last minute pedicures while on a mid week getaway. We called and they were able to fit us in right away. The place is very clean and inviting. The staff were so kind and the pedicures were REALLY good! My toes feel so soft and the polish is perfect. My fiance really enjoyed his service too and he REALLY needed a pedi. It was also a very reasonable price, much more reasonable than some other places on the OBX. Finallly, I cannot thank the team enough for going above and beyond when my fiance left his phone and only realized he had forgotten it after the salon had closed. I sent a facebook message and they got back to me and came back to the store to make sure my fiance got his phone back that night. We were so grateful. Made appt for lash extensions, acrylic nails, and pedicure. Wanted the new look of Milky Nails. Showed pics. The polish is not evenly distributed but the nails themself has many flaws, no clean edges. Payed $106 and just decided to cancel the eyelashes. I feel very bummed. He did try to correct the color but think he didnt understood the concept. But the nails themselves , thumbs dont even match . Very very unprofessional. 😞

I want to update this review , Lucy which wasn’t the tech that did my nails, contacted me the next day via text to try to fix the problem and did apologize for the mishap, even offered a small discount. I truly respect the text and I accept her sincere apology but I declined the offer and paid more to have another solon fix them.
