Typical Killeen service.
I've never ordered from here and not had an issue. Hence why I rarely eat here, but my Husband for some odd reason does so here and there. Anyway, ordered a pizza from here and as usual it did not go as planned. First off I called and waited 10 minutes for someone to answer, no biggie it's a Saturday night I understand. I ask him to make a slight change on my order and be responds, "It's already been made." Really? In 10m? Well then remake it, I'm paying your establishment and called a millisecond after I placed my online order in which I then wait 10m for you to answer. His response, "Uhhhh....uhhhhh....okay what is it?" This continues for a few minutes but supposedly my order will be taken care of in an extra 10-15m. No problem I just want my money's worth. I go to pick up my carry out order.
I get there and am surprised to be greeted at all, they were alright not peppy. Fine by me I care about my food not so much chit chat. They don't open the boxes to show me my food before I pay which should've been a red flag seeing as they always do this. However, I pay and get in the car where I check my food. Long and behold it's not half and half as I requested. Whatever, I'm PREGNANT and hungry so I go home. My pizza is ice cold, like it's been sitting out for over an hour. No wonder it was made a milisecond after my 10m hold when I called. My Husband even says how cold it is and he never complains. So I call and ask if they can remake it. They give me no problems and although the voice is dry, again fine by me, me and my unborn child just want our food. My Husband went to pick it up since I'm irritated by this point and I don't want to give them a hard time.
Needless to say from now on I'm putting my foot down and telling him we are NOT ordering from here. We could've gotten McDonald's and had less of a headache and a hot meal...
Read moreInly have a one because I have to put something. It's been nearly a year since I ordered from this location but tonight proves the same immature and incompetent management and crew. I ordered my pizza requesting the butter garlic sauce to be cooked with my pizza spreading it over the entire pizza. After going back and forward with Marvin (the order taker) a couple times. Him saying it's not possible and me telling him I'm 37 and have ordered my pizza this way my entire life. He again said he couldn't do it he would have to ask. Later after a 40 minute wait in Killeen tx my pizza finally came and guess what.... It wasn't ho I ordered no butter sauce over entire pizza. I ask driver do he want to call his store or take back pizza, he said he would take it back I told him it's fine but tell his manager to call me. Then he started telling me the pizza was how I ordered it. I pointed out that pizza he looked and repeatedly told me his lie. I then told him I'm 37 I can clearly tell if butter sauce is on it. So after I let him know I ddint appreciate him trying to insult my I telligence I old him to take the pizza after him debating with me for five minutes at my door. After he leave I call store and Marvin answer again I explained to him what happened he assured me he would put his manager on the phone so I could file my complaint. He immediately hung up. Read moreAbsolutely terrible! We just ordered. It was a phone order…3 pizzas. We received 2 pizzas and wings. We didn’t think anything of it until after we got home. Here’s what went wrong.
My partner made the call. Lol. The female employee that took the call missed the mark by informing that one of the pizzas we ordered was a Specialty and wouldn’t qualify for the coupon we wanted to use. When we called we spoke to a male…sounded like he was going to make things right and give us the missing pizza…the manager jumped on the line and challenged us. Because THEIR employee didn’t say anything. We ordered all PAN pizzas…we received a pan and a HAND TOSSED pizza. Where does Dominos get their chickens from? These are the runt of the litter, a “little chicken”, if you will. The manager had a smarta** tone, which is a no no to PAYING customers. And lastly, the manager said they (not sure if it was man or woman by the cigarette smokers voice) would re-ring the order due to the difference in cost and it would basically be a double charge. Then tried to throw in the “it might take 5-7 days to get back to your card…”
In 5-7 days, that pizza order will be long forgotten about. I’ve never dealt with this kind of lackluster service and we WONT frequent this location ever again! And I’ll be calling corporate. Y’all gon make this right! If you don’t remember nobody else, YALL GON...
