Horrible experience! Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, especially our waitress. My niece did not like or eat any of her food, so obviously we asked it to be taken off our bill just like any adult would have. The waitress ignored our request and recommended we take it home in a box... my sister said no, she didn't like it and she won't eat it later if she didn't eat it now. Then the waitress said "I don't know if she will let me." Who 'she' is, I dont know. So then she left and didnt come back for a long time. When she finally did, she gave me the check and it still had my niece's meal on it and she told me to work it out with the lady at the register... so we did and the lady at the register was just as rude and unhelpful to us yet she magically knew of the situation already. (Seems like our waitress had already told everyone in the back while she left us hanging for so long) She said "...so you want it taken off cause she didn't like it?" In a condescending tone. My sister then asked her to take it off the bill again and the lady left for a minute and came back, took our payment and didn't say anything to us. It was the worst expierence I've ever had at a restaurant, extremely bad customer service. I have been a server and in the customer service industry for years and this was not a great way to handle the situation. I also found a hair on my burrito and I didnt want to say anything because of what was going on already, I just wanted to get out of there. This place will never have my business again. Read moreAs much as I love this place this morning I was extremely disappointed by the service. I'm always telling my family about how good the food is here, and today I got to take my son before he had to leave for work. Now most times when I'm coming here it's 6am-8am today was no different. I ordered the same exact thing I'd gotten yesterday, but for some strange reason it was almost $3 more than what I paid yesterday. When I asked about it the waitress got visibly upset (slamming the menu and pressing the register so hard her fingertips changed colors🤣). As she was attempting to cause an escalated situation I told her to just make the burritos just egg and cheese...too easy. She got even more angry at the quick solve...like she was looking forward to making a scene....this was embarrassing for me because I give this place so much love... egregious. Now I'm going to order the same thing for about two months and compare the receipts. Mind you your never allowed to see how much you are charged per item...and that should've been a sign of robbery....but from here on our I will be anal about what I'm paying for. Love the food....but now.. you're on my scammer...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru my order came out to $28 and some change went home to enjoy my food and wasn't what I expected I expected real Mexican food and I ended up with Tex-Mex but what really set me off was one of my automated text message came through and said there was an adjustment they had went back in and adjusted the $28 and some change to $33 and some change I called up there and ask to speak to the manager they told me he wouldn't be in for a couple of days then I explained to the lady on the phone what happened then all the sudden the owner up here you can come by and talk to me if you would like I of course went up there and spoke to the gentleman he made no sense and continue to insist that it was my banking Institution I tried to explain to him that's not how this works if it was my banking institution it would appear as two separate transactions this says you adjusted the order that means you manually went in and change the price he produces a receipt I snapped a picture of it so all I can say is pay attention to your credit card purchases at this establishment because someone's doing some...
