Freezing Milk Rolling Ice Cream & Boba Tea — Restaurant in Killeen

l've work at freezing milk for 15 months my first job at 16 l'm now 17 almost 18 and have recently been fired for "turning off the machine too early" mind you they don't pay us for the time we "close" and clean the store, we don't get that. This whole "franchise" is absolutely shady for one they have their 5 year old son in the back most often times DOING WORK they make that poor child help bring in supply and sometimes make the supply, for two we don't get our tips which is in fact not legal as employees we have our right to our tip under any circumstances(correct me if I'm wrong) three, we had a trainee he hadn't even been there for 2 weeks, the owner Rita decided to raise her hand in the act of almost hitting the minor he obviously left after that four, the other owner randolf which is Rita’s Husband, he likes to yell in his employees faces for making a small mistake and yes YELL and tbh the list goes on, myself and other employees that have been working there 5 months+ have already contacted OSAH about the shady mess after being fired 6 other employees have decided to quit on the job and that speaks volume ‼️ I wouldn’t support this specific freezing milk they are running a super shady business and I’m speaking up...

We were hoping for a cute and fun experience and while the concept was cool, the visit fell short. Service was slow and the place was busy but the floors, tables, and chairs were sticky. We ordered six rolled ice creams with three toppings including Beauty and the Beast, Charlie Brown, and Mint Chocolate Chip. I got vanilla with condensed milk topped with Oreo, but expected the Oreo to be mixed in like at other places. We weren’t greeted when we walked in and the staff didn’t acknowledge us. My husband had the Mango Mango. It could have been a much better experience if the place was clean and the service...

So glad they opened this location closer to base 🫶🏽 I was unsure what to get because I usually frequent Lazy Boba.. so I decided on a Brown Sugar Dirty Milk (non-caffeinated).. just a heads up, they only have regular milk (I typically prefer Oat Milk).. it is definitely sweet. My kiddo ordered this egg waffle combo, and they are able to substitute a condiment. She substituted cherries for condensed milk and they were totally kind about it. The decor is so cute. Plenty of parking. I suggest turning left at the light and first entrance of the plaza instead of the turn...
