I had such a horrible experience today for the first time ever at a Dutch..
I was there at 5:00pm waiting in line, the line was too long so I placed a pick up order while I was in line. Got to the front of the line at 5:45pm which was my pickup time and checked in. What I’m frustrated about was the Brorista handed my friend stoppers after she placed her order, the people in front of us got their stoppers and the people behind us got their stoppers except for me. I sat there watching her hand them out to people and felt so hurt that I didn’t get mine but I was like “it’s fine I’m not gonna make a big deal about it cause I’ll get them with my drinks” welp! I heard them say “oh this is for my name” and then pour my drink into a different cup and hand it off to someone else while my 2 other drinks where still sitting on the side. They switch out the cup cause they write names on the cups. Anyways, she hands the last 2 stoppers out and lets everyone know they are out and then immediately calls my name after she says that saying my order was done. So I go up and say “I think that’s a little unfair because I placed my order within the time you still had supplies and you didn’t hand me mine when you were giving them out to everyone else.” And all I got with “that’s how it works” but like, that’s not how it works?? Ended up getting my drinks at 6:17pm.. I’m a regular to at this location and I will definitely not be returning. Reached out to corporate. Such unfair, unorganized and unprofessional treatment. You can’t just pick and chose who you want to give them to. And also prioritizing the Drivethru over the window and mobile orders was bizarre to me as well. Just...
Read moreCoffee like no other, service out of this world. I’ve been coming here for a while now feel I’ve gotten pretty familiar with just how amazing Dutch bros and its employees are. Yes the line can be long sometimes but isn’t that a good sign..meaning it’s so good people are willing to wait? Plus they have so many promotion days and the give out stickers every 1st Wednesday of the month. The App lets me know exactly what’s going on and it’s always worth it!! The employees and management are out of this world making sure everything is up to satisfaction, and the line busters they have outside taking orders are amazing imagine standing outside all day rain or shine they are there to take your order and help with any menu questions you might have. If you want to go to a place where people are friendly the drinks are delicious and you get rewarded with stickers you definitely have to try out Dutch bros. I highly recommend the Christmas morning chai or a double rainbro green tea, also the muffin tops the lemon poppyseed and the orange cranberry are my go to and so delicious! The girl that took my order yesterday hit my car with the iPad didn’t apologize or anything and I just looked at her and carried on with my order. AND still tipped just for her to get my order was wrong.( now that I think about it she probably purposely did it that. ) good way to sabotage someone’s day with less caffeine. . All I got was a medium iced golden eagle and When I got to the window the other lady said it was made with one shot instead of two like it normally is.. She fixed my order and she was super cool about it even though it was really busy. I generally dont have issues with workers here and love the coffee but this incident left...
