Top Donut — Restaurant in Killeen

I used to come here for donuts at least twice a week and the service and donuts were always amazing! Starting with service, the two people who always worked here, i don't know if they were the owners, were super friendly and customer-oriented. If you were a regular then they would be especially kind and the smiles and casual talk here were really nice I also loved their donuts. I only ever got donut holes, glazed donuts, sprinkled ones, or the filled-ones so I can't speak much for their other products like kolaches, but the donuts here were top notch! They were almost always warm when I came in the mornings and they tasted amazing! It was a great way to kickstart my day. I also used to come here around lunch time when they would be closing soon and they were very accommodating. This was a popular spot to eat because the pizza place next door and how they let us buy pizza and then buy their donut holes and eat everything in their store. The two people running this Saturday morning were both very nice. The kolaches were acceptable but unremarkable. The donuts...all seemed to be cake donuts iced in various ways with nuts or sprinkles or no topping... were fresh and, well, meh.

I also had a sour cream donut. That was good. The chocolate iced sour cream slightly less so, like the chocolate icing had no flavor.

Everything was well crafted. Everything looked quite sanitary. It was well presented. The lady was bringing out fresh options to supplement the modest quantities of each of a MYRIAD of choices (keeps it fresh!). But my overall taste experience was ... meh.

1st time here and great food and service! I saw the kolaches and donuts. Got in the truck and the sausage/cheese and jalapeño kolaches were calling my name and let me tell you, they were are awesome. Donuts were fresh and great too! They have lots of different types and even have croissants and ready to go tacos too! The glazed donut holes were soooooo good too. I am from San Antonio and I come in once or twice a week to see my girlfriend. This will be my go to place for donuts and breakfast when I am in town from now on! Go check...
