If pizza wasnāt such an easy meal for take out, I would never come here. Iāve reviewed this specific one before but my God, it never gets better. In fact, it just gets worse.
I tried to order online. I never can. So I ordered at the counter. Some disgruntled employee who looks as though theyāre simply here for a paycheck proceeds to take my order. I asked if I could get the same deal as online considering their app wasnāt working. I knew this would likely be a no but the employee didnāt know.
She asked, whom I presume is the manager. Unimpressive at best. āWe donāt have a button for thatā. Fine. So I proceed to order and I wanted to order wings. But I requested they be extra crispy. The employee says āwell we could but then weād have to drop them fresh.ā So Iām like āoh great, so I have order the ones that are already cooked? Yeah, no thanks.ā
At this point I donāt even want little Caesarās because why is it so hard to accommodate guests?? Why is it so hard to pretend youāre grateful to even have a job in this economy?
Perhaps me being a GM of what once a failing store and having a desire to turn it around and having successfully done so, I might be a bit harsh in my critique. But that doesnāt negate the fact that nobody in this particular unit has any kind of āhospitality firstā training.
As much as I absolutely did not want to give this piss poor run business my money, I have kids to feed and on a Sunday when Iām beyond exhausted and McDonaldās is the bane of my existence, little Caesarās gets a participation trophy.
Yāall seriously need to get it together. Running a business is about numbers and I cannot see how this one is still in business with as poorly as they operate.
Honestly, your employees look like they hate their job. And I donāt get it. Even on our bad days, my employees still put guests first and SMILE.

So we go in at this location (since it's closer to my new house) and I go to use it like I have everywhere else in the locations that the card has given and the girl at the register didn't know how to use it so she goes to a girl in the back who's name I couldn't read but she was light skin and pitch black hair in a messy bun style so they are talking then the girl in the back grabs a sharpie to X out the GEM card so I stop her and explain its a year round card with an experation date for August of this year. It's not a one time use it costs 20$ to buy so you can use it all year. Then the attitude came "well in that case you can't use it since I've never seen it" okay well it states where it can be used and this location counts is what I'm thinking. So I didn't wanna argue over 3$ bread because I have been in the food industry for years and have learned to ignore ignorance so the girl at the register was confused and asked so what do I do? The rude lady from the back screams "just give the bread to them" I was shocked. As we left she started ranting and yelling. Such ugly customer service shame on her! She could've nicely said I'm not sure if it's allowed I would have to check and I would've understood and simply paid for the bread. Granted they were busy, but it's still ridiculous no one could come to the phone to get my order. So I placed my order, 1 large pizza, after 15 minutes of waiting and other customers upset wondering what was going on with their orders as well, I asked how much longer till my order was ready. Not 1 employee could answer me out anyone else that was waiting. 1 customer said she had literally been waiting for over an hour for 1 pizza and an order of wings. Finally after trying to figure out where my food was at someone came from the back and said it would b up to an hour wait. I was already on hold for over 45 minutes cause I still had them on the phone and no 1 ever picked it up. I asked for a refund and they acted like they didn't even want to give it to me. One employee said, "we'll never get orders out of everyone keeps asking for refunds". I asked for a corporate number to make a complaint and the number they gave me just goes to an answering/fax machine. These people really need to get their stuff together!!!! I'll take my business...
