While we were there a man complained about his food. He tried getting them to throw it away the manager was very firm but polite. She explained their policy about 5 times, he just didn't get it. She ended up remaking the part of the order he complained about. I believe he was trying to get a free 2nd order as he was unhappy about not getting another burger as well. My friend was getting a birthday meal for her son and we needed to ask questions and look at the menu as it'd be about 2 years since we'd last been to a Jack in the Box. The manager answered all our questions, helped us decide which chicken sandwich it was that my friend's son wanted. She was quick, polite, efficient.
As the man was leaving he took a picture of the manager. He was pointedly RUDE about it. I'm sure he's going to try to call the corporate office and complain. The manager explained several times that they were a franchise and would he like the phone number for contacting the correct people to complain to. He REFUSED it each time and repeated he was calling corporate. Once he was gone I asked my friend if Kevin is the female form of a "Karen". My friend said no he was definitely A Karen, that "Kevin's" are better behaved. We offered to call the manager or owner and let them know that their employees did NOTHING wrong. She said im the manager and we have cameras if anyone wants to see and hear what happened. This was at approximately 8pm-ish on Saturday July 26, 2025. Just in case the "Karen" posts a bad review. He was 1000% rude and stupid. Read moreGood afternoon, I wanted to let you know my experience here on October 26,2024 and was in the line waiting for someone to take my order and get my food a total of 1.6 hours and some change. This is unexpectable the staff here tonight were very rude as well. The staff did not appologize for the wait as well. The food I recieved was cold as well. Its currently 11:12pm and I have been in this line since 9:53pm. I was patient and waiting I asked why it took so long she said there only 2 people there but when I looked threw the drive thru window there was 3 people that I saw, and there was someone else in the back that I heard. There was just one female employee just standing there not helping the other staff. I currently work in the fast food industry, I know you may have different guidlines to follow but I know waiting that long on my food is beyond unexceptable as well as the condition of my food is unsaficient. I have been a loyal happy cutsomer with your company, but due to this event that took place I will not be a returning as a customer again. I do not blame the owner for this event that took place, but who I blame is the leadership mangagment for not teaching them accordingly as well as the manger who does schedules.AND as it say below or above I would have given them 1 star if I could.

Read moreThis place needs assistance in cleanliness, I saw the most nastiness in the crew, how do you take money wipe you nose with you hand then make drinks, have every item in the store on your clothes then you let them know, hey my food isn't right they get an attitude & do whatever they want to it. Then go to another Jack in the box to see the workers acutally picking up food with their hands from the microwave & handing it to another worker to put inside its container I mean horrible service if you wear gloves all day to keep yourself protected how can you protect the customers that comes to the establishment with the same gloves on. I even called Ms.Jane Devore about this problem that's labeled on the window if you have questions & complaints I told her I had to throw away all the food & get a hot dog from the gas station. Only thing that happened was she said sorry about the experience & she would take care of it.
