PLEASE PATRONS- listen to my message. I know we all love Whataburger BUT please double check your order. I live down the street from this location and I promise you, they will not get your order right or will leave something out. They employee a bunch of teenagers (and no knock on them) but you’re almost guaranteed to not get your complete order. They DO NOT FULFILL ORDERS AS REQUESTED, I speak from experience as a consumer. If you request mayo on your burger they assuredly will leave it off. They barely put mustard on the bun which leaves you with a super dry burger. If you ordered fries, you’re more than likely getting fries that were cooked 10 mins ago and they ALMOST ALWAYS not include ketchup, it’s sad that we actually need the ketchup so we don’t choke off of their dry fries. In the future, please please please always check your bag to ensure that you are in fact receiving what you paid your hard earned dollars for. They aim to RIP YOU OFF. Maybe not employees directly but the lack of management and training is a direct result. I am spreading the word daily- CHECK YOUR ORDER BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU IT WILL NOT BE RIGHT. Trust me. Read moreAbsolutely terrible all the way around. This Whataburger should be ashamed to be open. First of all, my order was 20 minutes longer than the time shown in the app as I waited in the lobby. The employees in the lobby would rather talk to each other and serve the other employees wanting to buy something than help the customers who are standing right behind them waiting to be helped. (The employee came from the back to step in front of me to order, as I had been waiting to be helped) Then when I the food was delivered to me, the onion rings I ordered were straight burnt. Like hard as a rock. Why would you ever serve this to a customer? The real issue is the manager on duty is worthless. She is the one who put this burnt box of onion rings on my tray. Why would she look at these onion rings and decide to serve it to anyone. Then, for the rest of my meal, both of my burger were missing mustard that is a default topping, and my “saucy” chicken bites had so little sauce on them, I might as well have ordered them dry. Read moreI’ve come here multiple times because I like to give the benefit of the doubt. 1st time was for breakfast when they first opened. I went through the drive thru. It took about 25-30 minutes for my food to come out and because it took so long they gave me food for free. Since they were new I told myself they were just trying to work out some kinks and I would come again. The second time I placed a curbside pickup order. My husband went to pickup and it took them about 10 minutes to come out and even though I had ordered it 20 minutes before. 3rd time same thing. 4th time my husband and I went there before work and did another curbside order. 2 sandwiches and 1 hash brown order with sauces. We waited 10 minutes in the curbside pickup and no one came out. My husband had to go in there and get it as it was just sitting there getting cold.
