They never had food from drive threw hot or even warm. I the crunch wraps which are supposed to be warm right off the grill... the drive threw staff is short tempered and rude, and if you ask questions the are snippy or laugh and don't even answer ie "can I please get napkins with my order" or "may I have green salsa" never get replies when I ask either of those and the bag is empty however when I go inside the front counter staff is nice. They are usually shaggy looking and have their shirts have tucked in and reek of ciggert smoke but they a kind and smile. They try to do everything they can to be helpful and I have never waited more the 2 minutes with out a front staff dropping what there doing to ask if I need anything. When my food was cold they remade it and agreed with me that it should have been hot/ especially given it was burnt and they fixed it right with no complaints and a smile. When my drink was flat he explained he would try and fix the machine and when it got to complex for him and I could tell he was struggling he owned his lack of knowledge on the machine and let the manager know who was working drive threw, he the used a different machine to get me my drink until the lobby one could be fixed. The lobby/ front staff may not look clean cut or professional but they and kind, and at least wash their hands before touching my food. Read moreI do food deliveries as a side hustle. 30 minutes ago I asked at the drive-thru if one of the food orders was ready and the staff member told me it was. When I came inside the restaurant to get the food order, the manager Josh spoke to me in a very disrespectful way. He stated that I needed to come in right away instead of checking to see if the order was ready at the drive-thru. I have no issue with that whatsoever. BUT his delivery was very unprofessional and he set the tone for his other staff members to be rude towards me also. That manager Josh and the 3 young men joking and laughing with him should not be in the customer service business. If you have a personality that prefers conflict rather than resolve, it is time to re-evaluate and get another job. I came in very pleasant but as soon as I walked in, the manager let his staff members and the customers in the restaurant see him behave like a man with a job he does not like. Read moreWorse service @ this location than any other Taco Bell I done visited here in Central TX. I came in through the lobby. The person at the drive thru greeted me. Perfect. Don’t have a problem with that. A young lady noticed me and said we’ll be right there while taking a drink. She comes to the register and I’m placing my order she seem as if she was very impatient. Asking me if I want anything else and looking at me like I’m crazy. She didn’t repeat the order to make sure it was correct. She also threw my receipt away without asking me if I wanted it or not. I told her I want a receipt she got the one she had through away. I told her I didn’t want it and I wanted a reprint. After receiving my food I noticed she only rung me up for one order of nacho fries so I asked for another one, & not to mention she charge me full price for a medium drink when it was happy hour so I had to bring it to her attention.
