Ordered off DoorDash to get two “Phillycheese Steaks” one with meat and cheese and one with meat , cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms mayo and jalapeños. I go to pick up the order, drive all the way back to my house just to find out one of the sandwiches is completely wrong! The plain one was okay but the one that was suppose to be set up with all the veggies was not! It literally only had jalapeños , meat and cheese. So I called up there to speak with a manager and let them know I’m coming back. Once I get there they’re acting all confused just like high school kids would be. First of all they had a ATTITUDE that I came back in there, second when they examined the sandwich they put their little nasty fingers all in my sandwich just to confirm it was wrong how they made it. Then they had the AUDACITY TO WRAP IT BACK UP AND PLACE THE MISSING VEGGIES THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE COOKED WITH THE SANDWICH ON THE SIDE. DIDN’T EVEN OFFER TO REMAKE IT! I HAD TO ASK THEM AND THEY ALL HAD A ATTITUDE ABOUT IT, TOOK THEIR SWEET TIME AND DID OTHER PEOPLES ORDERS! I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY. But I guess you don’t get a “sorry” from a sorry “food” place, brings to much truth to the tongue.

We placed an order on the Wayback Burgers Google Pixel app on 10/10/2020, shows as “Level Up” on our bank statement. Paying $18.69 for a pick up order. When my husband picked up, he was asked to provide his card and was then charged at the Killeen, TX location for $18.69, AKA, we paid $37.38 for a single combo. He was given a “Takeout, Online Order” receipt, showing he already paid, yet was still asked for AND charged again for his order. I have been attempting to get a refund for the in store additional charge of $18.69 since October and am just getting the run around. Killeen, TX location is claiming we never paid in store, yet I have provided bank statements showing “Level Up POS” (point of sale) AND Killeen, TX POS, two transactions, exact same amount, exact same day. This is just pathetic, please feel free to put me in contact with a person in your company who isn’t shady, thanks!

Read moreWe don’t live in Killeen but we visited a convention in the area so we decided to eat at Wayback burgers because we heard about it but never had eaten at one. We didn’t know that the establishment was located in a Walmart so we were a little skeptical about the quality of the food. But when we got there, there was a sign saying “free shakes” so we were excited about that. When we got to the counter we asked about the free shakes and the employee said it was national shake day so customers could have a shake without purchasing anything else which was pretty amazing. Anyways, I got a cheeseburger. The employee was very nice and she made us feel at home. We only waited a few minutes until the food was ready. I received the cheeseburger without any lettuce or tomatoes which I asked for but the employee recognized that it was her fault and she gave me the lettuce and tomatoes. The French fries were delicious and altogether filled us up. The only thing I noticed that could be improved is clean the floor more often. I can’t blame you guys though because you’re in a Walmart and you can’t expect a perfect and clean restaurant. The overall experience was great. Definitely would recommend...
