Taco Bell — Restaurant in Killeen

The management here is incompetent, rude, and needs to be fired! I ordered a quesadilla meal and a number 8. My tacos were soggy and broken like they had been waiting for a while even though there was no one in front of me when I arrived; the quesadilla cheese wasn't melted, and only a few pieces of chicken were even in there; and the drinks were watery like they ran out of the type of soda I ordered but didn't care to ask if I wanted anything else. When I called, I spoke to the manager on duty (Shenay), who told me they could replace both meals; however, when I arrived, I was told to wait by the front doors. They sent someone out with the food. She told me that the current manager told her that the drinks wouldn't be replaced. I asked her to have the manager meet me at the drive thru window to discuss this. I asked if there was a difference in price between a meal and individual food items since I paid for two meals. She told me it's like apples and oranges and refused to check before telling me she wouldn't replace the sodas, wouldn't give me a refund, and the best she could do was give me coupons for my next visit. Why would I want to spend my money at this location when all you have to offer is awful customer service and low quality food? Do yourself a favor and visit any other location...

Worst ever. Will never go back to this location, I will continue going to the WS Young location where the employees care about their customers. The manager her is highly unprofessional. She speaks to customers horribly and hangs up on them. She allowed her cashier to speak nasty to us. Both refused names and receipt however we got them anyways. Complaint was filed. Gave us food that had sat for two hours. We ordered for delivery....the manager says Taco Bell doesn't offer delivery neither does their app. She insisted my daughter ordered with grub hub, Uber eats, etc which she did not. I don't understand for the life of me, why I can't get hot, fresh food from here! This is only in 3 trips. 1st trip- the Gordita bread was stale. I sent it back, as u could barely bite into it. When they re-made it fresh, it was great. 2nd trip - sitting in the lobby just to be served cold food. I sent it back. Why would they think that was acceptable? I said "ma'am how long was this sitting out to be cold" 3rd Trip - I asked for chicken everything, and paid for it. They came with beef everything. I had to show them my receipt to prove my case. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes as they had to remake it. With her attitude I said nope .. I want a refund. And went somewhere else. 3rd time's the charm! I won't be going to this Taco...
