Let me start by saying this: I use mobile ordering to save on time.
Now my rant. Enjoy!
Placed mobile order for a frappe, a macchiato, and a sandwich at 1032 am. Pick up time was 1047am. Got there at 1042. At 1050 asked about status of my order. First excuse was that she was new. Then tried to give me my sandwich (which was part if my order) that had been sitting there since before I walked in. I politely asked for a fresher sandwich. At this point I am talking to 3 employees and I repeat my order. They say they are now working on it. At 1055am I ask again where my drinks are since they are making orders coming in but not mine. Now second excuse was "we can't find the ticket ". But you had my sandwich made BEFORE I walked in, AND I just repeated the order to you. Even though they gave me a $4 voucher after the first excuse I was now late for an appointment. I asked for a refund and left.
What was really frustrating is that my entire time in the store, the employees making the drinks had no hustle or motivation. One customer was waiting over 10 minutes for a basic, plain black coffee. One girl stopped to enjoy the view of the 10 car long drive thru lane.
The reason I go to Starbucks is quality coffee and great service. Sad to say today I got neither. Please, for the love of coffee, please fix your customer service and employee hustle at...
   Read moreIt's hit and miss at the clear creek location, depending on who is working. I've noticed they've changed staff alot, im assuming the turnover rate for baristas is high. The coffee is good when made right, I order on the app, and sometimes they mix up the orders by adding some of my ingredients to a different drink. I noticed when they do mess up, the drinks don't have labels on them describing which drink is which...which is frustrating to figure out whos drink is who's if you buy multiple drinks of the same drink and different ingredient. So 3 iced coffees with milk, 2 with syrup, but one has hazlenut flavoring, makes them all look the same colored brown...are we supposed to just guess and drink each one? 3-5 dollars a cup of coffee should have labels stuck to them. Atleast mark the cups with a marker if you're out of paper...Also, sometimes the ladies at the window are unprofessional...they act completely oblivious to what they are doing, almost to the point where it seems borderline disrespectful when they say "ummmm" and just look at you like you're dumb, when asking about your order. It's not hard...just be polite, if you don't know, just say you don't know and that you'll ask someone, but...
   Read moreI usually go through the drive thru but today I went inside and boy if you thought the employees were great in the drive thru here, you're missing out because they are even more awesome inside! Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by literally everyone. I felt like a celeb and I wasn't even fully awake yet. So that was nice. Then I was acknowledged by the very sweet gentlemen working the counter. He let me know he would be with me in just a second. It was like a mila second really because he took my order very shortly after his acknowledgement. He pointed out the waiting area so I would know where to find my drink once it was up. While waiting I got a little lost because I was looking at my phone screen for a hot minute. I started getting up to look at the drinks on the counter thinking mine might have came out and I missed it. That super sweet guy behind the counter saw me and immediately once again acknowledged and let me know that he was working on it and it would be up soon. He totally saved me from embarrassing myself lol and I appreciate that. Employees are fantastic here. Definitely have your back and...
