Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Kingman

I prefer to give absolutely minus Stars. I sat back in your drive-thru at 12:39 this morning. Could not get anybody's attention. Mind you my truck is not that quiet. Finally drove up to the window at 12:40 a.m. watched a guy run around the corner into the dining room hoping he didn't get seen by as fast as he was moving. He finally came to the window after I sat there a while longer ask me what I would like I stayed in a western bacon cheeseburger he told me no. He said they were closed I said well online you state you close at 1:00 a.m. as well as the sticker on your drive through window he still goes on to tell me no. And after a moment he said he could make sides and that was it for instance waffle fries, regular fries, fried zucchini as well as onion rings. When I originally asked for a western bacon cheeseburger I stated I did not want onion rings. Kind of goes hand in hand that someone would not want onion rings in general typically most of the time. If you say you close at 1:00 in the morning then that's when you close. You do not tell a customer know when they can read it in multiple spots and clearly marked on your drive through window this would lead me to never visiting your establishment ever again! Management please teach your employees if they're going to FIB please...

The woman who seemed to be in charge (larger older one with tattoos) was rude to the staff. Someone from the back asked her for help and she yelled from the dining area that she had to do what she was doing because no one else would Whatever it was she said it hadn’t been done since the morning. She finally got up got a drink and went out side. I was with ordered about 5 minutes before me ,his food came out 5 minutes after mine. He ordered a star burger,,it came out as a double burger and fries ( he figured that the fries were because othe wait) I ordered a bacon cheese chicken sandwich there was no cheese on it . Neither of us finished our sandwich’s. The “manager’ was heard from the back yell “I hate working fin Fridays, then tell the staff to ‘use this meat first it’s getting old’’ . She then came back to the table she was sitting at previously and yelled someone needs to empty the trash,

One the positive , the 2 girls running the cash registers were polite...

Poor service from manager and shift manager. .an employee stood over trash waiting on my frys. My frys were dumped into bin with old frys. I ask why this was. Employees blamed each other. I asked manager why. She scoffed and said those fries were good. I asked why they were kept separate answer was well those are cross cut fries. There were star shaped chicken nuggets hand cut fries and rev fries in the front buch. As I talked to manager the front fries were cleaned up and tossed. I said see they were past hold time. Manager said no no they werent. I asked why now are they tossed. No response.I took pictures before I complained. I asked manager if she wanted me to send them to her bosses. An astounding NO was her response. All I got was blame on fellow employees excusses. In the end the "good fries" were tossed,employees picked up the tray liners fries bags and other trash up from behind counter started wiping counters. Out of shame not dutty...
