Floyd and Company Wood-Fired Pizza — Restaurant in Kingman

Ordered 2 dinner items1) pizza which was very good. 2) burger which was not good So my rating is based on the entire experience. Tried to order online and it was so difficult that we gave up. (Yes we are tech savvy) Finally called the order in and had to order from 2 completely different restaurants! 1 for the burger and then transferred to another phone for the pizza. Yes we had to pay 2 bills separately. Next came the pick up: First the burger, fairly painless but getting someone to take our money was frustrating. Finally we walked next door to pick up the pizza only to be greeted by a long line of people ordering. There is not a separate area for pick up. So we waited and waited for everyone to place their orders and finally we are done.. Or not: Upon unpacking, the pizza was straight forward and slightly cold. The burger was sitting on top of the greasy fries, so the bun naturally absorbed the grease. The cheese had slid out and was so melted it could not be put back into the burger. It was supposed to come with mayo but there wasn’t any. I used my own.The slice of onion was a good idea but too small for the burger, so I cut the onion to make it cover the whole burger. After the first 2 bites, I stopped and used the barbecue sauce provided, as it just wasn’t good. I stopped half way and tossed it out. Oh and the fries were “done”so I tossed those as well. Finally the cost: $40.00 for the pizza (one size: regular) and the burger with fries no drinks etc.. I could possibly justify the cost for the pizza as it was good but it would need to be eaten on site to properly enjoy. I would never order the burger, nor would we ever order from the two restaurants to satisfy 2 meals. Not for us!...

We ordered on line and 12 inch Santa Fe Supreme Pizza. We were very disappointed. The crust was very thin, I don't think that they could make it any thinner. The crust kept bending and there was way too much sauce on it for that thin of a crust pizza and the crust was soggy and gross. They only make 1 size pizza too a 12 inch one, unless it's before 4 pm.Then it's an 8 inch. We were going to order 2 12 inch pizzas but at $21.37. Per 12 inch pizza we passed and only got one to try. Glad we only got that one, not worth the money, the toppings were skimpy too. You'd think for the price they would put alot more on. Moving here from California we have been craving a good wood burned pizza. This place isn't it. Their red pizza sauce is very bland also no flavor. Just a big disappointment all the way around. Don't go here folks, Stans late night pizza is much better, plus it's loaded with toppings, pizza sauce was yummy so long as they don't put too much oregano in their sauce, like they did on our 2nd pizza order. Crust was a nice thickness, good texture too. My husband and I have determined this was one of the best pizzas we ever had. Go to Stans great Pizza!! Myself, my wife, my kids, my mother and her husband after ordering waited fifteen minutes without any presence of drinks or any awareness that they were 8 tickets behind and after the no presence of drinks or waitress we asked for a refund and then over hearing the waitress state “he’s just mad cause they didn’t get there beers” and was also stated on the receipt that “ waited to long for beer and wait time was only 14 minutes” mind you without any attention from the waitress to ask if we got our drinks yet. Once we had left and walked around the corner to el palacios after the employee’s apparently being behind, three of the employees were standing out back including the manger and the waitress that hadn’t shown any attention.
