Visited for the first time today 7/1/22 Went through drive through this is no joke from the time I pulled in parking lot ordered paid got my order and was back on road in about 45 seconds 👍👍. The girls at the windows were great very courteous. My order was spot on food was great exactly what I asked for. THIS MY NEW BISCUIT PLACE 5 STARS . Update 8/5/23 well I knew the day would come when service started to suck and here we are a year later. Went through drive thru sit behind car evidently ordering for 10 people sit there over five minutes finally get the speaker ordered pork chop biscuit small coffee two cream two sugars had to repeat order twice they repeated the order back to me I get to the window they hand me the coffee and my receipt I asked about cream and sugar they just hand it to me I asked to put it in a bag thinking it would be with my biscuit WRONG !!! I asked about my biscuit they said what did you order needless to say I told them to forget it and went to BOJANGLES !!! Food wise I give it a 5 or 6 service already shows signs of SUCKING !! Put some grease in your muffin cups ! How do you get the paper cup off without tearing the muffin all to pieces! One last thing I no what I’m ordering when I pull in the parking lot evidently 99% of the people don’t I wish you would limit the amount of items you can order at drive through instead of letting people order for a party of 15 while they are on the phone asking what the party of 15 wants while the drive though traffic is backed up to the road and inside customers can’t even get in parking lot. DISAPPOINTED...
Read moreI would like to start off by saying that I love Biscuitville. The food is phenomenal and the service is OK. As a self-employed man myself, I realize that service is everything and you must go above and beyond and be consistent.
The order was completely different than what we order.
We called and talk to a oh woman who I believe is the manager.
That’s very nice person on the phone the day before was not as responsive or friendly when we did exactly what she told us to do the next day.
As a matter of fact, there was a creepy kind of energy as she looked at us like we were trying to get some free food or something.
So the reason I’m making this post is because businesses and owners have to be notified of problematic employees or confrontational employees, and sometimes the best way to do it is to put their out there in a neutral forum like this.
Again, I have had more good experiences there than bad, but I definitely don’t appreciate being look like as a thief or somebody that’s trying to get over on good old Biscuitville.
I can safely say I can swing $16-$20 for breakfast!
So again, I don’t even really know if I’m gonna go back to this location and unfortunately there’s not many others around, this was a pretty big deal to me and I did not appreciate it.
I’m giving it 2 stars
The food is unquestionably good the majority of the time. But the service of this particular...
Read moreWe came to KM for a funeral and pulled in to get breakfast. Not knowing the area, and me not knowing the menu, we pulled up to the menu so I could see what was offered. We were promptly told to back up by a girl who appeared at the rear of our vehicle. My friend told the girl that I didn't know what they offered and we needed to see the menu. Why would you post a menu and then not let people see it before they order? She informed us that she was "NOT ALLOWED" to walk past some "line" and we needed to back up. My friend informed her that there were vehicles behind us and we could not backup. There was stunned silence. She simply stood there, like a soldier, at the rear of our vehicle, waiting on a command, not knowing what to do. We finally drove off. I simply wanted a biscuit but if I have to follow a strict protocol of not seeing a menu before I can place my order and spend my hard earned money, I will simply take my business to a vendor who will not only be happy to take my money but serve me with respect and gratitude. While I can't comment on the food, I can comment on the seemingly ridiculous "rules" Biscuitville requires you to follow to place an order. Customer Service was severely lacking when an order taker can not simply walk the length of a car to take your order because of some imaginary...
