My husband and I stopped at this location while traveling. If your thinking about stopping here, DONT. We went to the drive thru and placed our order. I decided to use the restroom since it was taking a while to receive our food. After coming out of the bathroom, I over hear an employee who stated to another "Teresa was supposed to lock the door after she left. This lady came in to use the bathroom and didn't buy anything." At that time, I was grabbing some extra napkins on my way out. I did advise her that my husband was in the drive thru. She asked me what I was doing. I advised I was getting extra napkins. She stated "He should have everything he needs in the bag." I walked out to see my husband still waiting on our food. He asked for ketchup and salt. The employee advised they are out of ketchup. At that moment, I was a tad rude because the previous employee advised we would have everything we needed. After I stopped talking, the drive thru employee said "You don't have to be so rude." I can't believe the audacity of the first employee. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK. I was a paying customer and what you stated was clearly unprofessional based on your bias and hypocrisy. Read moreI went to the Kings Mountain location Easter Sunday around 8:30pm I sat at the drive thru for several minutes and was informed that they were temporarily out of fries and onion rings. The employee informed me that he was dealing with some unhappy customer's so it would be a few minutes to just be patient. I replied I fully understand considering I myself had been in the restaurant industry for 32 years. Nearly 30 minutes went by and several other cars were allowed to place orders before me. Still I patiently waited. I was only wanting 3 double cheeseburgers. I said hello to the screen several times (no reply) and after sitting now for over 30 minutes and I watched several cars in the other drive thru place orders and get their food. I drove away obviously upset and rather quickly. Guess what happens next. I went to Food lion instead and as I pulled out I was pulled over by the police, supposedly because my tag cover was to dark to read my plate. I was issued a ticket for the infraction. A $50 dollar fine w a $183 court cost. I overheard the officers saying he's the one who pulled out of Burger King rather quickly... This situation has made me realize I'll never buy anything from Burger King again....
Read moreAwful experience tonight, the manager refused to give me the upsize offer from the app, made me wait super long for my order outside of the drive thru line, actually brought me the wrong order the first time and then even gave me rock hard mozzarella sticks to top everything else off. I tried to call the store but their number goes straight to voicemail that is full btw so I cannot get them to realize that they are giving their customers old and burnt up mozzarella sticks without driving all the way back across town tonight which is now useless cuz it’s past my kids bedtime so I now had to cook some for my kids anyway. Would not have bothered to leave a bad review if they had answer the phone, apologized and told me they would replace them later on but they don’t even have a real phone line… Update, manager gave us a new order of 8pc instead of 4 the next time we went and explained the issue, showed receipt and picture (well he said he put them in bag but forgot to so I had to walk back in, back out to grab the bag of food when he said they were there and back in before he realized he forgot them) so I changed rating from 1 star to 3 since they tried to...
