This pizzaria just happened to be one of the nearest eateries at the precise time my wife and I became hungry as a result of our strolling up and down the main street taking in the sights and sounds.. There were a couple of customers consuming their pies outside near the sidewalk where they have some (very limited) seating, so I enquired as to the quality of their product and both parties offered affirmative responses- so that settled it: we would have pizza for lunch on our very first visit to Kingsburg.
Per the suggestion of the servers at the register we ordered their combination pizza (medium) along with some ice tea for the wife and a small bottle of red blend wine for me. With tip our total tag for the meal came in right around $30.00.
Although there was ample room inside to eat we decided to sit out near the sidewalk. When they brought the pizza to us it was pretty much what one would expect: round, hot, and pleasing to look at. I believe it was Jay Leno who once said that pizza was like a women's breast - there's a lot of variation, but in general, who doesnt like titties. And that pretty much sums up my sentiments on the subject. Some pizzas are better than others but its pretty hard to disappoint when it comes to pizza. That said, on the 1-10 pizza scale I would rate there pizza a solid 7.5. Good eats, but nothing off the chart. Most importantly the entire dining experience was pleasant and this is an establishment that I would not hesitate to visit again. Nothing off-putting - all good vibes.
[Edit] The wife and I recently made another trip to Kingsburg and once again we ate pizza at Casaros. We’ve decided that the pizza is so good - that it alone is a good reason to drive about 30 miles to Kingsburg.
I’m not kidding when I say that it might just be the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Read moreWow Kingsburg, you are blessed to have a pizza place like Corsaros in your beautiful city! I'm sure I've had better pizza, but I can't remember when that might have been. Super fresh toppings, piled high on a delicious crust! I had just participated in a charity golf tournament (which Corsaros was a sponsor of, huge props for giving back to your community!!) and ordered a small pizza and a half order of cheesy breadsticks, hoping that would be enough food. When my order was handed to me, I was amazed at the quantity of food. I was definitely not going hungry!! Those breadsticks, AMAZING!! Prices were very reasonable considering the volume of food and the overall high quality. As far as customer service goes, they nailed it! I'm not sure if this was their normal Saturday night traffic but the place was packed, yet the team was friendly and responsive to their guests. I am definitely looking forward to my next trip back to Kingsburg to enjoy Corsaros again! If you ever open a shop on the Monterey Peninsula, I will be...
Read moreFood was better than average. Loved the seasoning on the crust and the atmosphere was lovely. It smelled like heaven and seemed very family friendly. However, i didnt appreciate the service we were given. Me and my spouse work hard for our money and the cashier spent longer staring at our $100 bill than he did asking us if he got our order right. (which he did not) He forgot our peppers and cheese. As a business owner myself im going to put it out there that there should have been a counterfeit marker around for the man to use. Its not very professional to try and "eye ball" a hundred dollar bill. Theres bill scanners and markers for that now. Anyways, besides that whole ordeal we were also given a pretty disgusting look which my spouse kept complaining to me about and thats why im posting my review as a terrible experience. Corsaro's will never be seeing...
