Fugazzis — Restaurant in Kingsburg

Our friends made a reservation and took us to this place in November and it was packed! We were greeted warmly by a receptionist and were seated timely. However, the service/server was v-e-r-y s-l-o-w!! The good side to this was that it gave us time to visit since we haven't seen each other in years. It took a while for our server to take our order, and it took even longer for our meals to arrive at our table, and even longer for the bill to arrive! I must admit that it was worth it because the food was excellent! I ordered the ribeye steak, our lady friend ordered the petite filet and the gentlemen both ordered the herb grilled lamb chops. My steak was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The herb grilled lamb chops was more amazing because each plate actually had more lamb chop pieces than I have ever seen served in my entire life! They look delicious and the servings were quite healthy and the vegetables were so fresh and crisp as they should be! The caesar salads were also delicious! Overall, the food was excellent and deserves a 5-star, however, the service docked a couple of stars making an overall rating of 4 stars. I will most certainly be back...

The overall experience was great—from the food to the service and the lively atmosphere.

Between our group, we tried a variety of dishes: the bacon avocado turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries, chicken carbonara pasta, steak bites with a garden salad, grilled chicken sandwich with fries, and a couple of appetizers—coconut prawns and honey walnut cauliflower over fried rice. Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful, and everyone at the table was happy with their meal. Standouts included the sweet potato fries and the honey walnut cauliflower, which had a great balance of sweetness and crunch.

Our server was polite and attentive (unfortunately we didn’t catch her name), and the service overall was smooth. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, and we felt well taken care of throughout our meal.

The ambiance was nice—lively and upbeat without being too loud, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and slightly more special occasions.

In a half empty restaurant they put our group of five at the closest possible table to a party of twelve. Twelve of the loudest most obnoxious drunk eatery patrons I've ever seen. The restaurant didn't make these people selfish and loudly, but they lacked the awareness to seat us further from them.

We couldn't hear ourselves. Our server got one of our orders completely wrong, likely due to the adjacent noise. These people were screaming about Biden and George Soros and how the democrats wanted to abort 3 month old babies. The subject matter wasn't the issue, the volume was. Either the host purposefully put us there for some unknown spiteful reason or she is completely inept.

When it was time to pay the server brought us back the wrong credit card with the wrong bill. Handing someone someone else's credit card is a big yikes for me.
