It's McDonald's, they're all the same, what else can you really say when it comes to their food? Their McCafé drinks are really good (Kingsburg location) as compared to other locations. I wish they sold their Coke Zero fountain drink through the drive-thru though because I'm diabetic and I hate Diet Coke. The MOST ANNOYING thing they do on a semi-regular basis though, is "forgetting" some of the customers' food in the drive-thru! I HATE when I get all the way home, open the bags, and find that they've forgotten one or more items from my order because then I have to drive all the way back to get the item(s) they missed. If I lived in town it wouldn't bother me as much, but I live near the Kings River Country Club golf course and what's worse is that they never compensate me with extra food or a coupon for a free item unless I specifically ask them to comp me. I am a frequent patron and customers should not have to ask to be comped for a mistake they make (this last time was at least the 5th or 6th instance of this problem in one year) fairly regularly! They should be doing this of their own accord! I imagine this happens to many people each day and if the customer doesn't come back for their missing item(s), it's a waste of food unless the employees eat it, in which case someone just paid for their free meal. Customers shouldn't need to have to check their bags before leaving the drive-thru line, which would only keep the line backed up for longer while the customer checks everything in their bags and if they ask the customer to pull up to one of the wait lot spaces, what's the point of the drive-thru if you have to get out of your car if they did miss something from your order?!? Also, they need to take out their drive-thru garbage can more often because it gets so full that it begins to overflow and no one else can throw their garbage away. I don’t come here often because my coworkers and people from Kingsburg say this location sucks but the first time i came I received a box with no nuggets in it with my meal deal. Cannot make this stuff up lol. I didn’t go back cus I felt like they wouldn’t believe me but i thought it was so strange how they just gave me an empty box with no nuggets in it like how didn’t they feel how light it was before putting it in the bag? This second occasion they practically wasted my whole 45 minute lunch cus the guy at the first window failed to let me know my payment declined and they couldn’t seem to figure it out until I got to the second window and held up their line. I told them I would just handle it inside. Went inside and the register was closed. There was a long line at the 1 kiosk they had. I waited by the pick up area and tried to get a crew members attention but none of them seemed to want to be bothered. Someone else was waiting there as well and when i asked if shes been waiting a while she said yeah they do this all the time. That says a lot honestly. After wasting time trying to get someones attention i just left. I actually reached out to their social media team as well because i feel accountability needs to be held. I feel this all starts with the management there and they have got to do so much better especially reading the rest of these reviews I would be embarrassed if I was a manager here. Now McDonald's at the corporate office has changed the working, so you will pay regular price when you oder buy one and get one for $1.00 from the value menu. That confusion will cost you more. Now the wording is Double Cheese, not McDouble. Make sure you say Double Cheese burger. What's the difference. One has 2 slices of fake cheese, and the other has one slice of fake cheese. Mcdonalds Corporation Headquarters, stop confusing your customers, so you can make more money. Change the working back to the way it was or when a customer orders and the cashier that takes the order should ask the customer, are you buying the buy one and get one for a dollar. This way the order is corrected on the spot. Don't screw the customer by making them believe that they are getting what they ordered, and now they are paying more. It's like when they try to uo sell you, when you order a meal and they ask you, would you like to make it a large? But, they don't tell you, by the way, it will be $3.00 more if you make it a large. They should say, for $3.00 more would you like to make it a large. Why not, because more people would say, NO. Fix the misunderstanding with the customer before they pay.
