I am a collector of tattoos. I like to cover my artwork when I visit a new location, just to see how I get treated by the staff. My visit to this shop today couldn’t have gone worse than it did. As I walked up to the shop some of the employees were outside relaxing, I said hello and all I received in return was an awkward stare. While inside the rest of the staff went outside to join the others leaving one artist inside to assist a small handful of customers all while trying to tattoo someone. I looked through the portfolios and looked at the art on the walls for 10 minutes or so, the entire time I was there including when I walked out past 4 employees nobody ever spoke to me. I’m pretty sure if their customer service was better they wouldn’t have as much time to stand around doing...

We scheduled a tattoo, drove an hour just to get on the books and scheduled it on Oct 2nd, in person at the desk. We paid a $50 deposit and received a receipt with proof of the date of tattoo. Nov 28th at noon. They mixed it up on their end and we were told we needed to rescheduled because someone was put in my husband's spot. Whatever their mix up was, if I have proof of when an appt is and rearranged a schedule and plans to make this work, just to work with someone because this place was recommended by past clients, we expect to be seen on the day we schedule for.
