Big As Biscuits & Burgers — Restaurant in Kingsport

I didn't know that they don't serve lunch on Saturdays. We came in, asked, and the ladies said although they didn't serve lunch on Saturdays, they would still go and check to see if they had any burger meat. Since everything is cooked fresh and they had been slow, they didn't have any. She offered to make us Philly Cheese Steaks instead. We accepted that offer. The ladies were sweet and grateful we came in. Fries were delicious. Really good crinkled cuts. Philly was pretty good as well. Only minor complaints are that one, drinks should be included in the meal, especially for the price ; and two, that they should consider serving lunch on Saturdays. I have when there two times now both time they have messed up my order I had to go back the first time they messed up this time they did not let me know they were out of honey mustard and went ahead and made the order when I check the food before I left I found out there was no honey mustard on it asked for a side of honey mustard so I can put it on there that's when I found out there was no honey mustard and they wouldn't they were not going to tell me did not offer any compensation so I wasted basically $6 on food that I'm not even when they get the food right it is a good place to eat but they cannot get...

IT'S THE BEST TASTINGFOOD IN TOWN & THEY MAKE THE BEST "HOME MADE" BURGER IN TOWN!!! NO JOKE! I've also had their Philly Cheese steak, chili cheese fries, Buffalo fries, omelets, biscuits & gravy, apple cinnamon rolls and everything I've had was OFF THE HOOK AMAZING!
