I will never shop here again and I will make sure no one I know ever does. My husband had them make a one of a kind customized engagement ring. It's been 2 and a half years now and they have had it more than I've had it on my finger. They didn't get the size right so had to have it resized. When I got it back it still wasn't right so had to have it resized again. So that was 2 months that they had it. Then after I got it the prongs broke. So i took it back they sent it off. After i got it back they still didn't fix it the other side was broke. So again they had it for another 2 months. Then another prong broke causing me to lose one of the gems. Now after 2 months of having it back had to take it to be fixed again. Same prong they fixed left the gem lose. So now they have it again and sending it off for now the second time for same...

I took my wedding bands in to be cleaned. They were so friendly and helpful. They noticed a break by my diamond. I had a hard time leaving it to be sent off, but I knew if I didn’t it might completely break off. My husband passed away 4 years ago and trusting someone with them was very difficult. They understood and used no pressure tactics. They did go over their security protocols. I let them fix it. They texted, emailed, and called me to let me know they had arrived at the shop. They gave me an estimate over the phone. Reasonable price. Got it back a week prior to the expected date. Looks brand new!
