In the drive through we ordered 2 meals .One was a 2 piece original chicken leg dinner and we were told it would be a 25 minute wait. The person taking our order tried to get us to take crispy chicken legs instead but we agreed to wait for the original legs.The other meal was a 2 piece original (chicken leg and breast dinner.) After the long wait we got home and had a leg and thigh meal and a wing and breast meal. We were obviously upset when returning the meals. The evening manager looked at the ticket which only showed 2 (two piece dinners) which she claimed they had no way of knowing which 2 pieces we ordered because the order sceen in side only showed 2 ( two piece meals.) Her voice sounded like the same person that took our order going through the drive through. It seemed as though the lady manager was trying to blame us for our meals having the wrong items. Still not sure how we got the different dinners since they supposedly don't know what you order. The manager never apologized only made excuses and took the dinners behind the preparation counter, was obviously mad and started slamming food in the boxes like we had done something wrong. After seeing her act like that we no longer wanted the food and asked her to give our money back.The manager also told us that they had been really busy and made it sound like we had no reason to be upset.When she finally brought our money to us she slammed it down on the counter and walked away. Needless to say the lady manager will never get the opportunity to treat us like that again. Normally we would never complete a survey that might possibly cause someone to lose their job but this was the rudest employee that we have ever encountered. I would like to recognize the young man that took our money at the pickup window after we originally ordered. He was the same employee that brought our food out to us after our 25 minute wait and apologized for the long wait. He also apologized again after the manager smarted off to us afer we returned our food. He would make a much better manager since he actually has better people skills and acted as though he genuinely cared about the businesses customers. We didnt get that refund, just an offer to get 2 free buffets on the next visit. I had to call corporate to get anything done. When we were leaving, this guy was sitting on the sidewalk on the side, he was an employee too, he was smoking right in the path of customers and he was on his phone saying ALOT of curse words.
