The food itself isn’t bad, it’s being able to get it prepared correctly or from an employee that actually likes their job or wants to be there. I go thru the drive thru because it’s February & before 6am so I don’t want to get out of the car. The first time I went they left the biscuit & gravy out of the bag so I had to go in in the cold & snow/sleet. No apology or anything just the manager joking with the employee about whose fault it was. I let that go. The next time I was charged wrong & they didn’t tell me until I noticed it on my receipt, I had been charged more. I again let it go. Yesterday I ordered extra bacon on 2 maple bacon super biscuits. They were regular biscuits.Tried calling the store repeatedly but it was always busy, like it was off the hook. Decided to give them 1 last chance this morning since Hardee’s is our favorite fast food breakfast place & it’s on my way home from dropping my husband off at work. Order 2 bacon biscuits with maple bacon, extra bacon. Both biscuits each had 3 slices of bacon, that’s not extra bacon!!! Again the phone appears to be off the hook. The guy working the drive thru window most days is absolutely no help! All he does is complain about his job & whine about being their. I hope he is happier working on the cruise ship he told me he got a job on. Idk about other customers but he alone makes me not want to go thru the drive thru, not to mention all the mistakes. Read moreI stopped here to grab dinner on my way home from work. I ordered for my 2 children, my husband and myself. I usually always check my bags to make sure my order is correct when I go to any fast food place. I regrettably didn't this time, long day at work and all. I get home, all the drinks are there. But all the food is not, mine is missing from the bags. I try to call the restaurant, but the call goes straight to voicemail. On my way back up to the restaurant I continue to call and the calls all go to voicemail. I finally get there, because it is across town from my house. I pull around to the drive through window and ask for the manager. I first tell her about my missing food, then ask her why no one is answering the phone, that I had been calling. They were not busy, I was the only customer, earlier and now. I show her all the calls I have made to the restaurant. The manager has the nerve to tell me that maybe my phone is broken... excuse me, what? I call the restaurant again in front of her and ask her why her phone is not ringing. This idoit manager just realized at 5pm that the ringer to the restaurant phone was turned off all...

The place is practically dead, but yet they act like your not standing there or are interrupting their day ..... 😡 Dusty took my order and was the better of the two. The other one, short, chubby gal was a real piece of work. Yet both were complaining about the wages working here! SMH. Guess what, if you don't like job .....QUIT AND WORK ELSEWHERE ..... Don't stand around complaining in earshot of customers. :-( People in the south are usually soooo nice! Guess since they are closer to east coast they are more like them. As a Motorcoach driver in town with a baseball team for a tournament, I will definitely steer the coach and team away for this poorly run place. Sad, cause I love...
