Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Kingsport

Went here today. Ordered a sub club mini and asked for it to be Mike's way Mike's way on the sign includes mayonnaise and bacon. A club sandwich has mayonnaise and bacon on it. Not sure why they asked that question every time I go to get a club sandwich there anymore. I don't know if they want to eat the bacon when the shift is over or if they don't want to put bacon on them because it cost them more. Not sure why that question's continually. Ask if you didn't want bacon. You would just get a ham sandwich. Not a club. I made an online order to be picked up, and they forgot a couple of items on my sandwich. It wasn't the guy making it's fault, it was the large woman working the cash register who was bossing him around and distracting him. I had 2 Italian sandwiches, and ordered bacon and banana peppers on one. The woman wrote "bacon" one of the bags then didn't even bother to open it for the guy making the sandwiches. When he grabbed a different bag, she got rude with him and said she already wrote bacon on one bag. Every employee was friendly except for her. This was 2/11 at around 2:20 pm. All this very prego lady wanted was a buffalo chicken sandwich. However, if I wanted to drink a bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce, I would have just done that. Specifically asked for easy or very light buffalo sauce and easy on the ranch. Every time I bit into my sandwich it erupted with buffalo sauce spilling all over the table like Mount Vesuvius.
