Subway — Restaurant in Kingsport

last night we made a online order went to pick it up. My husband went in and first thing he was told is they was only doing online orders because they had to much other things to do. Then the thing next was a lady who he could not understand running around that seemed very intoxicated or something also the young lady who was there with her was very apologetic for her and was fixing part of the cash register that she ( the sick lady) had dropped and messed up. He had even ask what she was doing because the food did not look right but he was handed the sandwich and had to bag it himself fine whatever that not even the biggest problem. Got home it was like bread and sauce on the sandwiches and tomatoes not much of other vegetables or much meat as it was suppose to have it was not eatable. I called the store ask to speak to a manger was told she would be there the next morning from 7-1 so called and finally spoke to the so called manger who was very rude and stated that the lady was not intoxicated but in fact had to go the "ER Sick" so you tell me you had someone who seemed to have been intoxicated but now the manger said she was so sick she had to go to the ER so you let them work like that AND make other peoples food???? great job "BOSS" . ANYYYYYWAYS as I was attempting to explain the issues with the food she said she needed the receipt, sandwiches and the bag in order to do anything welll my dog would not even eat that mess so it was definitely on the trash and then she wanted to be very rude when I said I would be making a review and she said " WELL YOU DO THAT I HOPE SOMEDAY YOU END UP IN THE HOSPITAL REALLY SICK " and hung the phone up... WELL little does she know I work in healthcare have for many many years and I never complain or make reviews but this is one place that needs it. This is the worst subway around! Don’t waste your time or money. The two ladies working Tuesday Sept 7 around 1pm were so rude, seemed ungrateful to even have a job! I went and got food three different places. I won’t name the other two out of respect, they were fabulous! My third stop was subway. I asked for an extra straw before I placed my order (one had been left out) the rude lady at the register said “I can’t just give you a straw unless you buy something “ I wanted to be like “yeah that’s why I’m in line hun, to get a sub” but instead I told her she was rude and I will never be back, cancel my order that I hadn’t even had a chance to make yet (due to her attitude). The other lady was looking at her like just let her order. I couldn’t even finish speaking before she started ranting I had to buy something to get an extra straw. So I drove on down to Kingsport and spent $37.43 at that subway. MANAGEMENT get your employees to treat what remaining customers you do have!! This happened just a few minutes ago. I walked in late, I know about 15 till 10. There was a guy in the lobby and a girl, eating a cookie, and another guy both behind the line. I wasn’t greeted or anything. The girl looks at the guy behind the line and says “you got this one, I’ve done everything else” the guy was very nice, I even apologized for coming in so late and he said it was no worry and made me feel welcomed as a customer. The girl behind the counter and the guy in the lobby disappeared once he greeted me and she didn’t show back up until my sandwich was done, asking him what kind it was, mind you I was the ONLY one in there besides the guy who was already in there. Guy was super nice and kind. He made my sandwich just as I asked. But the girl, who had blonde hair with blue around the front and glasses, she was not nice. She made me feel uncomfortable being there. Food was good. Guy was good. But girl needs to learn how to work in public service.
