Very dirty. Floors, tables, bathroom, overflowed garbages. Sticky tables. The menu looked good so we thought we would try it. It is very difficult locating your food coming out if kitchen window which is also used to put dirty dishes going into kitchen. Seemed that they need to have a manager on site to help coordinate communication between the testy cooking staff and the girls taking orders. And most importantly cleaning the place up. I walked into the bathroom and it was so discusting i walked right out. See pics. The entire ordering through finding your food was a difficult process. First bagel returned because it was hard as a brick. They charged for every ingredient including basil and sugar. Just a sad experience. I felt bad for the girl trying to locate my order when the cook snapped at her for waisting her time. Bagels and in display out in the public area next to ordering line and front door and not covered at all. Kids and adults walk right next to them where some cough or sneeze etc. Just not sanitary. If you look at my pictures in detail and blow them up yo u will see that the managememt which does not seem to exist on site does not consider sanitation a priority. Even in the kitchen they store open spagetti sause on the floor. Yuck. This place would be shut down if an...

I stopped in about 2 months ago. I have heard rave reviews so i decided to give this place a try. The first visit I ordered take out , got home and realized they gave me the wrong order. I called and the lady working the counter i think her name was Annie, told me she would put my name down for a free sandwich next visit. I decided to try again today , I stopped in while out running errands. The place was packed , rude people cutting in line and kids running around the restaurant. It was extremely loud and a lot going on and my son with autism was starting to have a meltdown. We had to wait almost 45min for our to go bagel sandwiches. I also mentioned to the lady working the counter that my name was put down from a previous visit for a free sandwich and she refused to honor it. I have a food instagram page and I was looking forward to posting some photos and a great review but it just wasn’t the case. I don’t think I will be back...

My feeling is this on Bagel Bar…if you are Jewish or from NY, this place will remind you of home/be a local hotspot for you and be 5/5

However, I must say I was not impressed with the food (burnt croissant, average bagel egg and potato sandwich, and donut) or the drink (okay coffee and a super sweet boba tea)

The parking is not ideal

The tables are sticky with debris in between cracks. Three tables were not cleaned up with plates and such while we were there. BOH staff clearly uninterested in their job…because the place is new, I feel it masks the reality of how dirty it may be.

In my mind, I cannot figure out how a dirty (not filthy) restaurant with decent food and poor parking is doing this well. They must have a very supportive community giving...

I love a good bagel. This place was in the area while traveling and it looked really nice from the outside. I walked in and heard someone cough. I looked their direction and realized they were getting bagels. The bagels are out in the open! The people standing in line are right next to the bagels, and they moved over so the guy coughing could get his bagels. I have never seen a setup like that, and I lost my appetite. There was no way I was buying any, and I left. I don't consider myself a huge germophobe, but I expect places that serve food to make a reasonable attempt to keep that food from being able to be touched or coughed on by the public.

Tried this place for the first time. I loved the atmosphere and seating area. It’s nice they have some outside seating too. I decided to get the Caprese sandwich on a sesame bagel. It was ok. I wish the bagel would have been toasted because it was hard and chewy. Maybe I had to specify to toast it (I will next time). The sandwich had a good amount of cheese and toppings on it. It was semi-filling. I like how they have a variety of options and the ability to customize. I would give this place a second try.
