Literally the best Italian hoagie in the Wilkes Barre area, easily a strong contender for the top 5 best hoagie spots in NEPA. This place is the real deal, super fresh produce and the ladies making the sandwiches are the nicest people you can possibly deal with. Tried this place once and I am hooked! Everything they have always looks great but the Italian is so good that I can’t seem to veer off to anything else. Anyone looking for a good sandwich lunch spot, you won’t be disappointed. Excellent staff, great food and low prices, you really can’t ask for a better establishment. I have known about this little gem for quite some time now. We try to order at least once a month. They're subs are amazing! They are made fresh daily & made to order. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and makes the experience worthwhile. It's just a tiny little shop that sells produce and has a small deli. There are sandwiches & subs, cold salads and hot soups available. They do have a tendency to get busy at lunch time so be sure to call ahead to place your order. I suggest not going when it's busy because if it's busy a man will be taking the orders instead of the sweet ladies who usually do and he likes to just throw the tickets on the counter out of order causing a huge mess up in orders. The people in front of me got my Italian hoagies while I got theirs, but I told them it wasn't what I ordered (theirs had mayo on rhe one sandwich and I can't eat mayo) the ladies remade it and kept apologizing but I told them it wasn't their fault.
