I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the ring I purchased at Rainbow Jewelers. Stanley had a ring custom made for me. My fiancee had a specific setting and cut of diamond in mind that was not in the jewelry case. Stanley didn’t tell me “Sorry, we don’t have it, pick something else”. He asked questions about what I wanted and went the extra mile to make me happy and get what I wanted made. When I had questions, he was patient and made sure I understood what he meant when he was explaining about cut, clarity, and flaws, etc. I felt Stanley gave us the best quality ring for the price. And the ring was absolutely stunning. Everyone who sees it always has the same expression: Wow! I was very impressed with the ring Rainbow sold me. It is a ring to be proud of. I recently had 3 rings of sentimental value to myself resized and I am giving this review to say Rainbow Jewelers did not disappoint. They did an excellent job resizing my rings and now I am able to wear the rings that I haven’t worn in years . The price was very reasonable for the work they did and every cent was well worth how happy I was when I picked up my rings . If I could I would give Rainbow Jewelers 10 stars . When my husband first went into the store looking for my engagement ring they didn’t have what he was looking for. They went out and found two different rings and called him up a few weeks later to come and look at them. They went above and beyond to help him find the perfect ring. We loved their customer service so much that we bought our wedding bands there as well as a pearl bracelet for our wedding. I just love how friendly and helpful the staff is.
