McDonald's — Restaurant in Kingsville

Waited in the curbside parking for 20 minutes or more for order. Then when got the order it was missing my drinks. Then made a second order for another meal and went through drive thru to pick it up. Drive thru person said card was declined when I had bank app up showing it was pending. Shift manager then came to window and said the card was declined. And again told her it was paid and pending. She then said this is word for word. "I'll let you have it this time go ahead and pull forward". Then pulled forward and told them about missing drinks from first order and they then told me to pull to next window. Went to next window and then person brought our meal but still no drinks for my first order. Waited at the window another 5 or so minutes nobody coming to...

It seems like an average experience at this McDonalds. The bathrooms aren’t extremely clean, but definitely cleaner than a gas station bathroom. They’ve gotten my order wrong a few times, but we’re all human! The only thing that makes me sad is that I don’t order from here that often, I usually order for my family, but I always ask for cook to order fries and never get them. I always get cold, stale, under salted ones…it makes me a little sad. The one thing I order for myself and they’re not even really that warm. I know it’s free to ask for cook to order, but I would pay another .50-$1 if they were actually cooked to order. That’s just me! But most of the people here are so kind, so I keep coming back. Good people...

The new ordering kiosks are amazing! Makes the entire visit so much more convenient when you need to make changes to and order. Since the addition its fast, hot and ALWAYS correct! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. My only complaint at any McDonald's or any store that gives toys with meals is that they mostly give each meal the same toy. My girls each want their own and I always have to ask. Maybe something they could ask ahead of time. Just a suggestion not a complaint. The staff have always been helpful in getting me what I need. That new parking lot tho. It's a traffic jam of...
