Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kingsville

I went in here hoping this was going to be a good place. I went to the bathroom and the toilet was overflowing with feces. I continued to talked to the manager and she called me a liar! I was so insulted and asked for my money back but she said." I'm sorry sir we cannot do refunds at this taco bell!" I couldn't belive this so I got my food and brought it home and there was 1 burrito, 2 quesadillas & 3 chalupas. I order 4 burritos, 3 quesadillas & 6 chalupas my entire family was visiting and assumed it was gonna be good. Shocker it was not I called corporate and they said." Listen people call all the time to complain. What do you want for free sir??" Like what that's how you talk to a customer that's outrageous I will never return to a taco bell. I know it doesn't matter that I will not go back but I just can't do it. If you have made it to the end I hope you will not go to this taco bell or you will be screwed over like I was. On top of this my family and I were throwing up to the point were my 85 year old grandpa had to go to the doctor and he passed away from dehydration. I stopped by today and placed my order for my food, let me just say this was by far my worst trip here. I ordered my tacos grilled, they were not. We let them know and they did attempt to make it right. As for my Cheese quesadilla, they initially put rice in it. I let them know that i didnt want rice in it. They remade it. And gave it to me in a new bag and added a coupon. That was nice but they added Chicken in it. They gave me a Chicken Quesadilla, im a Vegetarian. I bit into it because I was told it was my remake and i was repulsed to find I in fact had Chicken in my Cheese only quesadilla. Let's be honest. It's a fast food restaurant. With that being said, the place is always clean. The extremely friendly staff that will be fired or quit will be gone in a month, but they do a good job and the food is extremely fast. They're willing to fix a problem if they messed up (due in the fast pace that they're going). Five stars, because Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant and they haven't disappointed me yet.
