Poor service by the blue shirted “manager” on duty. I understand it’s probably not the most rewarding job but attitude goes a long way. Place is filthy, bathrooms are something out of a horror movie and we threw our food away because it was absolutely disgusting. How do you make somebody wait 20+ minutes for food and then serve it cold? (Yes we attempted to eat it, it was literally un-edible). $44 I’ll never get back. Lessons learned, won’t return. The guy taking my order was so rude at the drive thru. Then when I got to the window he took my money before I got a chance to ask for ketchup he pulled the window closed. Then as he handed me my food I asked for ketchup he said have a nice day as I reached in the grab a fry they where as cold as inside of the store. Went here at about 11:40 am for lunch thinking things would be pretty fresh…ABSOLUTELY NOT! Everything I ordered looked (and tasted) like it was day old. French fries were ice cold and soggy. Chicken looked like it had been double dredged in the fryer and the soda was flat. I just wasted $23. It was all trashed. It was a drive thru order.
