Ostioneria #18 Worst service ever. Food is okay. My first time going and the waitress sucked. We sat down took 15 minutes for her to come and take our drink and appetizer order then finally 10 minutes later we finally get our drinks and we’re waiting and waiting. Then she comes takes our order for food still waiting and waiting for our appetizer. Nothing then she comes out with my husband‘s food still no appetizer still my husband‘s waiting on another beer, I asked my husband ordered beer. He still hasn’t received it cause we’re super busy no excuses so 10 minutes later she shows up with the appetizer and my food and still no beer. I then again ask her. Where is my husband‘s beer? Where is the utensils for me to eat my food? Where is napkins? Oh, and could you please get me another soda , so she comes back later. Tell my husband sorry we have no more Modelo. What else would you like to drink? We ran out so he said Dos Equis so she finally goes and comes back. I still have no drink and I was like excuse me I ordered another drink. Where is my Diet Coke? Oh I sorry we’re just so busy no no no stop with the excuses cause I see other tables with their waitresses showing up like nonstop , then she comes back finally with a cup with a bit of ice and a Coke a Diet Coke and she says oh let me go get you another one because this one spent you didn’t see that when you came out with it then she comes back and gets it and the food is OK. It’s not the best , we still sitting there waiting and waiting waiting she never shows up. She never even checks on us so I get up. I go to the front and I was like excuse me. We’re ready to check out and I like to speak to your manager he makes excuses that and said look I understand it’s a new system but if I see other tables with their waitress is coming nonstop and Mine takes forever to come and do anything for me and then I gotta keep reminding her. Hey we ordered a beer hey, I ordered a drink, and then my appetizer comes out with my food and my husband gets his food 10 minutes before my food. Somethings wrong with that picture so I and then you overcharge me. You charge me for two Modelo beers when he only had one because the waitress said oh we ran out I had to give Liza one star honestly they deserve zero stars will never ever go back to this place again , this Porter is out . Food was okay, definitely on the pricier side. The server was decent. I asked for the check and the total was $87. Ordered a to go lemonade and I gave the girl my card and came back with a receipt that then said $95 but nowhere on there was there an extra lemonade. They went through and added about a dollar to all of the items that we had ordered so the $4.25 lemonade ended up costing so much more than that and was never told anything about it. Very disrespectful and shady that they just decided to charge me more on everything instead of charging me the extra lemonade. Will definitely not be returning here. Great experience! Food is well priced and very good. Menu offers a great selection. If you are looking to have a great time this is your place! Employees are very friendly and constantly checking on you despite how full it is. Mariachi helps you celebrate your loved ones birthday. DJ gives this place a fun and entertaining atmosphere.
