Regency inn — Hotel in Kingwood

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. So I slept outside in the heat in the truck for 27 days until I was Approved for a hotel by fema. I've only been here 7 days. They have never been to clean my room. Not a problem I clean it myself. I did a job tearing out carpet out of a flooded house. I'm sorry sweaty and tired. I go to get some change from the desk to wash with mind you I have 13 pairs of pants on my shoulder laundry soap and the room key in my hands and the ten dollar bill.. I am rudely treated like I'm scum and beneath them and they are talking in their language making snyde comments about me. Anyone would have picked up on their words. I ask for change I hand him my 10 dollar bill and he takes it and goes what room you in. Like I'm trying to steal something. Instead of quarters he hands me a 5 and 5 ones to put in the washer to wash. Then starts talking oh it's a fema room.

THATS RIGHT ITS A FEMA ROOM. means they probably charging triple , They not cleaning anything and treatment of fema clients in that way .

This is beyond the worst hotel ever the room had no refrigerator, sink handle was broke, the cupboards were broken. And the guy at the front desk is rude as hell he just used a room key to just open our door didn’t even knock and the ice machine is broken. The place is trash. The employees are rude and need customer service training.Also Dog Had A Accident On The bed Gonna Come Opened Our Day Saying We Had To Put The Nasty Sheets Back On Our Bed Who In Their Right Mind Would Do Or Say That This Place Is Trash In Porter Texas Don’t Ever Stay Here. The A/C unit doesn’t even work properly and went to tell them and they don’t even bother to come look at it. Please people stay away from this hotel rude, customer service is horrible and yell at you when you try to talk to them. I promise you it’s not worth the money STAY...

Refrigerator worked, microwave did not. Cracks 3/4 of way around door so flies, gnats and others came into the room. Chair at desk did not roll properly and lever did not lock back of it in place. I leaned back and almost fell to the floor. Management did replace the microwave. They have an outdoor pool that works. Visitors are not allowed to use pool and visitors must be gone by 9 pm. Though they advertise breakfast served, this is not true. Not even coffee available in lobby nor in rooms. The couch was a sleeper sofa. The cushions on it were comfortable the first couple days but then were very thin. The tv is mounted to wall but does not tilt towards the couch so must watch TV in bed. The remote control provided does dot display cable channel menu. All it has is channel and volume up and down and...
